Both the doc and support staff go above and beyond. Ear issue for a number of years and I now feel better. Recommend!

My visit was for dizziness. He may look young, but he certainly made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Eisen was very informative. He explained what’s happening in my ear, and patiently, never rushed, showed me how to alleviate the discomfort. Although there’s no follow-up necessary, I was happy with my visit and I would gladly refer him to friends/family.

I have seen Dr. Eisen for about 10 months at regular intervals concerning fluid in the ears and a mild infection. He was a good listener every step of the way and helped to treat the fluid in the middle ears with myringotomy tubes and some Cipro/dex antibiotic/steroid drops. I will continue to see him for periodic followup. I have confidence in his analysis and judgments.

I don't know what to say the appointment was appropriate and informative and my treatment path was clear but my experience is to limited to really give a rating. I suppose time will tell. Dr. Eisen seems knowledgeable and caring.

Eric has been patient, gentle, and professional regarding my son and his ear issues. A plus that it’s easy to get an appointment, and once in the office, Eric is caring, quick and to the point. No time wasted while also receiving quality care.

Love Dr Eisen, I have seen him for a few years now even when he was in Redmond. Very friendly caring smart young guy. I will continue to see him for many more years. He has helped with many ear infections, ear tubes and cleanings. Will recommend to anyone needing a ENT.

There is NO Rating for this doctor. My apptmt today, 1/26/2024, was check in at 10:45 am for an 11 am apptmt. I arrived at 10:40 for my apptmt and checked in. At 11:15, I went up to the front desk to ask what was going on and they said he was running late. They finally got me into a room at 11:35. Dr. Eisen walked into the room at 11:45. There was no apology for his "lateness". I was there for him to do an ear cleaning as I have wax build up. The Dr. said I had normal build up (even though I can't hear w/o my hearing aids). I felt that I was rushed and never got answers to my questions. He just wanted me to buy some over the counter ear cleaners which I already had. I drove 100 miles for this? I see that he has very good ratings, however, there is one that notes that they were VERY DISSATISFIED as well. I won't be returning to him. Very disappointed.

Dr. Eisen is a caring professional. I appreciate his listening and problem solving, collaborating and thinking “ outside the box” so to speak. Not impressed with mixups by office staff with RX though, if she said” often times there’s glitches with faxes getting to pharmacies, “ in that case it seems in order to check and see if it went through…..I was going out of town, on my way to pick up the new RX, it wasn’t there….messed everything up, time wise

We are so thankful for Dr. Eisen! He has helped my son with his nosebleeds. We were able to get an appointment the very next day. The staff are all kind and professional. Thank you.

Dr. Eisen was very easy to talk to. He immediately understood my problems and questions. He responded to my questions with exacting answers. I had a complicated medical problem, and he dissected it with ease and gave me a simple solution. He is the perfect physician…and he was nice too!

Excellent availability as I needed to quickly see the ENT for a sudden loss of hearing. Dr. Eisen arrived at the appointed time and performed a quick exam after carefully listening to me for a few minutes. We had an excellent discussing regarding my symptoms and possible courses of treatment. I enjoyed his demeanor and felt at ease during my visit. I felt very good about the course of treatment and will return in one month for a follow-up.

Had trouble getting an appointment at several “large” ENT practices. Fortunately I found Dr. Eisen, was seen quickly. His care was outstanding, he listened carefully to my ear history, did an excellent exam, clearly explained the problem and the solution. Would highly recommend him.

Everyone at this office was helpful and made this visit happen on short notice . Dr. Eisen was great and treated my problem quickly and with care.

This was a drive-through visit where the total examination took 15sec (no jk) and overall discussion maybe about 5min (and that's with me trying to ask question and doctor rushing). What am I paying for?!?!??!
