Dr chi is extremely professional, kind , easy to talk to , very informative in my treatment and care! I am i credibly thankful for her attention to detail, seeking a panel for big decisions when i was initially diagnosed with S4 breast cancer. Her comprehensive care and communication with other surgeons involved with me is priceless. She is humble and knowledgeable! Brilliant and her bedside manner is perfection. So incredibly thankful for all she does to ensure the best possible outcome for me .

Dr. Chi is very easy to work with taking care of your health, as is the entire staff. Everyone is genuinely concerned and efficient while being friendly and caring. They communicate in a timely manner with test results and follow up info.

Efficient office, staff helpful, Dr. Chi was very personable, listened astutely to my input, took time with me during my first visit. Put plan together for follow up visit. Liked her mannerisms and knowledge.

I was called in within 5 minutes of getting there. Had my blood work done and was out within 15 minutes. Was back at my car before the time of my appointment.

Dr Chi took over my care from my previous oncologist who retired several years ago. She has been very attentive and treated me with the utmost care,concern and respect.

In other words, she knows what she's talking about. I am always treated with kindness during appointments. I am so thankful that I made the choice to see Dr. Chi in 2021. Dr. Chi, you rock!

She seemed confident. Came in with a treatment plan that looked good. I had to drag the bad news out of her as this is a terminal situation. Her accent is strong but I think she is a competent physician, which is the main thing. For some reason though she had to refer us and that physician doesn't accept our insurance so we are still without adequate care.

Three weeks after my breast cancer diagnosis, I found myself waiting in an exam room for Dr. Ming Chi. Before she entered, I sat quietly crying. My diagnosis was still raw and the prospect of my upcoming surgery and further treatment frightened me. I was still wiping my eyes when she came into the room. Within just a couple of minutes of meeting, Dr. Chi asked if I was taking anything to manage my emotions. I answered honestly and said I was only three weeks into my diagnosis. While I harbor no judgement around anti-depressants, I felt it was premature and insensitive to suggest that I, a young, newly diagnosed breast cancer patient, needed to better manage my emotions. After that, we began discussing my diagnosis. Before giving her assessment, she said she didn’t know whether to be direct or “sugarcoat” her opinion for me. This felt cold and uncaring. Of course, I want honesty and surely, I could not be the first breast cancer patient to be emotional about her fate. I asked her to be honest, but also compassionate. Instead, Dr. Chi turned away from me, towards her computer, and barely turned back to make eye contact as she provided her opinion. This made me feel unimportant. I asked questions and raised some concerns. She answered (mostly with her back to me) and after each answer, she would curtly ask, “What else?” Her tone made me feel like she was rushing me through the appointment. My boyfriend attended the appointment with me. Because I was so stressed, I asked for his opinion of the visit. He agreed her communication style felt totally insensitive and uncaring. Ultimately, I sought treatment elsewhere. I found a medical oncologist with expertise and compassion, both qualities being equally important to me.
