My visit was very good!! I would highly recommend DR Ray and the office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ray. He spent a good amount of time with me dealing with previous issues & past surgeries in previous locations out of state. He was very patient, kind & realistic regarding possible treatments and/or surgeries.

Dr.Ray was patient and thorough even though the office was packed! I did not feel rushed at all. He re- splinted my leg and it is so much better than the ER one!! He made me feel like I was his only concern at the moment. He gave me a clear plan, and answered all of our questions! His assistant was great too!

Dr Ray made time for me at the end of the day (walk-in appointment) and determined what was wrong with my ankle/foot quickly.

He was very kind and helpful.

I was able to get in to see him very quickly when I had been having issues with my foot for a week and had a quick diagnosis without doing a lot of tests and was able to give me the shot in the office rather than schedule me to go somewhere else. Took time to answer all my questions.

Broke left ankle and right foot while visiting my son in Raleigh. Dr Ray was on call and immediately saw me for surgery. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this skillful talented orthopedic doctor. His bedside manner and thorough explanation of the procedure and aftercare was exceptional. Thank you Dr. Ray. I am now home in FL and will continue therapy.

Personable and professional.

Appointment was 11/21/23, recheck on my foot/ankle from an orthopedic urgent care appointment on 11/01/23. Still having issues and not healing as I thought I should be so Dr Ray repeated x-rays and found 3 fractures that were missed initially. Very politely and professional.

Excellent doctor/patient interaction. Very informative concerning prognosis and options going forward related to Achilles injury.

He is an excellent doctor very good beside manner and takes time to explain everything.

I broke my leg in three places. Dr. Ray performed surgery on it the next day, placing a rod, screws and a plate in it to fix the breaks. I just went for the first checkup. He was very patient with all of my questions and my uncertainty. By the time I left I was relaxed and had the answers I needed. He took his time and his assistant Connor was very kind and took the staples out very carefully. Overall, a great experience.
