I went for a consultation for a tooth extraction, bone graft and implant. I expected that he would sit down and talk to me about the procedure such as what type of bone material he'd use or the best way of building up bone. Instead he was unfriendly, barely said anything except asking what kind of anesthesia I wanted and here sign this paper and walked out of the room. I asked if they were going to tell me what it cost first and they said no I just had to sign the paper first. I was shell shocked and stunned by their treatment and attitudes toward me. I made an appointment for surgery but may now cancel it and go with someone else.

Having teeth removed is no picnic, but Dr. Falender has made both procedures as easy as possible. His explanations are clear and concise without being terse. He is an excellent practitioner with a staff that reflects his caring and professional approach to dental surgery. Should the need arise, i'll be returning to see him.
