Dr. Cronin was very easy to talk to, he explained things very well, and he answered all of my questions. If the exercises he prescribed my shoulder don’t work, I would not hesitate to go back to see him.

The front desk staff, xray tech are always very pleasant. My appointment was scheduled for 1030. I arrived early 950am. I wasn’t called back to sit in the exam room until 1050. Dr Cronin didn’t see me until 1126. I need to say this isn’t the norm but some communication about here is running behind would be great. Doctors offices want us there early and should also consider that our time is also valuable too. Dr Cronin had always been very pleasant and informative. I like the office. Just could use so better communication Thank you all.

Dr. Kevin J. Cronin was very pleasant, relaxed, and courteous. He asked questions and provided concise and understandable diagnosis and explanation of plan of action for surgery. X-rays were performed immediately after checking in 15 min before appointment time. Dr. Cronin’s direct examination occurred about 30 min after scheduled time and lasted about 15 minutes. I left the complex an hour and 15 minutes after initial arrival, including meeting with a staff member to schedule surgery. I was very comfortable with my experience and happy and very satisfied with the clinical experience. I feel confident about going forward with shoulder replacement surgery.

Dr. Cronin is fantastic. I highly recommend him to fix your shoulder pain. He is has giving me several shoulder injections over the last few years which allows me to manage my pain. I have been able to avoid shoulder surgery for over two years now, but when surgery becomes necessary I will definitely trust Dr. Cronin to be my surgeon.

Dr Cronin is professional, kind, and a talented surgeon. He did an excellent job on my elbow surgery and I’m finally pain free and able to do normal activities again. Highly recommend him.

First let me say that breaking my elbow turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I got to experience “The Dr. Cronin Effect”! What this is really is the incredibly kind and extremely talented manner that he has to put you at your ease. I understood everything. Secondly, one year after a complicated repair, I am back to my old self and doing whatever I used to without pain or any limitations. When he finally pronounced me ready to leave his care, his farewell advice was just three words: “Live your life.” I will always be grateful to him and his equally caring staff at Florida Orthopedic Institute. They turned chaos into order!
