First visit, surgery, and last visit for an issue were all stellar. Every single person including Dr. Shay, were courteous, timely, and concerned. Every visit was a very pleasant experience plus my feet were fixed perfectly and now I can dance in the rain! Lol! Amazing group!

I have scheduled two appointments with him and never saw him. The issue with my foot was never addressed. My Doctor referred me to another podiatrist that diagnosed the issue and fixed my issue. I won't go back to any podiatrist at ORA.

Dr. Shay is an excellent podiatrist, I've seen several over the course of a lifetime, and moving from place to place. Dr. Shay is as quick and smart as you can expect a doctor to be, he quickly diagnosed a new issue for me, and immediately and expertly relieved me of the pain related to it. I'm expecting Dr. Shay to get me through to a well deserved retirement, meanwhile walking 20k to 50k steps a day on concrete floors. I have the confidence that he will get it done.

I saw Dr. Shay for my painful and achy feet. He did X-rays and examining my feet. He told me my X-rays looked great but because I am experiencing pain, he recommended custom molded orthotics. Cassie and Nicole in the cast room were excellent as well with making my molds. Roberta, Dr. Shay’s nurse was very nice and helpful as well.
