Dr mc Neil is a wonderful an caring doctor!

Called the office over two weeks again asking if he is taking new patients- answer is yes but....... dr needs to review information to determine if he WANTS to take me and my son as new patients. After 2 weeks STILL no answer. We both have insurance so what’s the deal? Looking elsewhere and won’t be using Twin Fountains walk in clinic either! RIDICULOUS!

This doctor is the very essence of what is wrong in our community. If you are ill he will not even give you a flu shot, cause he wants you to remain ill. His staff claims they have never even heard of ACA (Obamacare.) They are nasty and disrespectful to anyone they view as in need of help. This 'doctor' isn't even allowed on the premises of the local hospitals. His once credibility has turn into greed and has created a path of death in his wake. Somebody needs to stop this man, while we still have some sense of community left.

Please do not see this Dr., he is simply about making $ and has even said he doesn't care about the health of the local population. If you want high cost medical service combined with all the demeanor or a Trump rally, this is your guy. They force you to watch Fox News while draining your bank account and as bad as the Dr. his staff is just flat out NASTY!!! By far the worst experience I have ever had in a Dr. office, they just have no regard for Human life at all!

I recently was seen at Twin Fountains on Sam Houston and had a great visit the lady that saw me was named Tina, she was very caring and took time with me. I have heard mixed things about this clinic but personally had a great experience.

I went into the walk in clinic. I had heard good things about this doctor and clinic. I was prescribed medication and was told if I didn't get better to come back. I didn't get better so I went back in. I was told to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor. I asked to see a doctor and was told that there was no doctor available. I was so disappointed that I paid for 2 visits to this clinic.

Dr. McNeill and his staff at Twin Fountains are very knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. My family will definitely use again!

Overall poor quality of work and does not care about patients.
