10/10. This physician DR. SOHAL, could not be anymore pleasant, explained procedure, smiled, fit me in for procedure. Listened to me and about Hx and concerns. Being a nurse 40 years, even at MedStar Georgetown, EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you. Your entire staff from the front desk check in, to Tammy were all pleasant and helpful. Heck, I had a hard time even figuring out the elevator! Thank goodness for them, also..

I could not be more thankful for the treatment I received from the amazing team of caring, compassionate, knowledgeable Kaiser Oakland GI professionals! Special thanks to Dr. Rosa Valadao, Chief of Gastroenterology and MA Leticia, who helped to schedule my procedure in record time. I am grateful to anesthesiologist Dr. Kevin Blackney, who was kind, listened to my every concern, made special accommodations, and delivered superb anesthesia care! Also, Dr. Kunwardeep Sohal, gastroenterologist, whose skill, patience, knowledge, and compassion exceeded my expectations. The amazing nurses, Celine, Elisha, and Danielle went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, provided reassurance, were extremely professional, and at the same time treated me like family. I highly recommend Kaiser Oakland GI department to anyone!

Colonoscopy yesterday. Dr. Sohal took the time in his busy schedule to explain the details in the photos I received after the procedure. Most impressive in that someone with an already nice bedside manner can back that up with profound knowledge of the disease I have dealt with since 1971 (Crohn's)when I had a bowel resection. Comprehensive even to allowing me to keep my glasses on through the procedure so I could watch exactly what was happening. ( not everyone's cup of tea) but as an R. N. I can sincerely say trust level is important to me. Important too, he gets along well with all the staff involved in a busy practice. He is very down to earth.When you can honestly say you didn' mind having a colonoscopy it's ALL good.

I wouldn't want any other Dr, Dr Sohal is definitely the best & he has the best PA, when any of my family or friends need a Dr ,they call me, I refer them to Dr Sohal , then they call me to tell me I'm right, he's great, my husband also agrees with me after he seen Dr Sohal, I have the best when it comes to Drs!!

Dr. Sohal was bright, comprehensive and listened to my concerns.
