This is a very patient-friendly practice, from the reception desk to the provider. I felt very relaxed and comfortable conversing with everyone there, and Deepal Patel was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my problems, conditions, and needs. She was very precise in her evaluation and next steps, all while being extremely pleasant. Definitely would recommend this practice to others!

Worst experience ever! The receptionist and nurse displayed an unprofessional and nasty attitude. They asked personal medical questions out in the lobby and requested payment of $350 before I had a chance to speak with the doctor. They couldn’t answer my questions and I left due to their rude and condescending attitude. Now they demand a payment of $40 for nothing. I was never a patient there and I never received any services.

I can’t say enough to express the professionalism , ease and speed of process from scheduling to diagnosis and prescriptions at pharmacy if required. Most notable though is the obvious heartfelt genuine care of every member and aspect of this practice . I will have no other doctor . Just as my beloved retired pcp of 40 years retired was my superhero in a white medical jacket , so I have found his successor in Deepali Patel .

Dr Varma is the rudest doctor our family has ever encountered. He has no bedside manners and could care less about the patients. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.
