Dr. Short completed his training at JFK Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The three year residency provides a high variety of foot and ankle procedures but focuses on major reconstructive surgeries using flatfoot, cavus foot and charcot deformity correction. The program also has a large volume of foot and ankle trauma and is well versed in both wound care and limb salvage. His training also included correction of bunions, hammertoes, heel pain and general foot and ankle arthritic conditions.Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Short graduated from Emmaus High School in 2001 and received his bachelor of science in Biology at Susquehanna University, Pa. in 2005. After completing graduate school at Drexel University, he attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia where he was involved in various clubs and organizations.
