Excellent visit, excellent bedside manner. As a physical therapist working with Dr. Heffernan’s post-op patients I trusted his opinion as his surgeries are solid and consistent. His patients do very well under his care! As a patient myself, I felt well cared for and even learned a trick or two that I can take back with me to help my patients! Dr. Heffernan takes the time to really listen and collaborate with his patients on the best plan moving forward for them.

Visit was very prompt and to the point. Had ex-rays and exam in 30 minutes, Dr and staff friendly, Dr. took the time to show me the ex-rays with explanation. Good experience.

Dr. Heffernan is a really trustworthy, patient and intelligent Dr. I've put of surgery, been very frustrated by insurance delays, but his "bedside manner" is so calming and reassuring. I'm getting ready for a total shoulder replacement and I trust his skills and abilities to be aware of any unique situations in my case. I'm confident you won't find a better shoulder man in the entire Northwest!
