Dr. Chad Wayne Rappaport, MD

The care taken by Dr Rappaport to me started well but ended the worst. I went in for one problem but he decided to fix that problem and fix another problem he thought I had. I agreed since he was the Dr giving me recommendations. Since then my original issue is gone but I'm dealing with his 'fixing' of my walk on my left foot. Dr Rappaport was snippy at the end of his stint at Kayal and he left the firm unannounced to me. I was then taken care of by Dr Shehan. He was awesome but couldn't do anything to help my new issue. After a while Dr Rappaport came back to the practice but I held out with Shehan until he's exhausted all options for my care until he stated to go back to Dr Rappaport. I go back to Dr Rappaport and he sends me to PT as his first option and to do an MRI. Now I call to make an appointment to see him and Dr Shehan is gone and Dr Rappaport doesn't take my UHC insurance and it's going to cost me $500 for the visit. I DO NOT recommend going to him. Stay away at least from my perspective that I'm still dealing with the issue HE created for now 2 years.

Kayal Orthopaedic, and in particular Dr. Rappaport, took very good care of me. They were very professional and knowledgeable, yet caring and took the time to listen to me. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent doctors.

How he saved me: One time I was serverely scared because I went on a black diamond for the first time skiing. He held my hand and told me it was going to be okay.
