Dr. Anna Thomas Koeppel, MD

I wished there were more stars to give her! She is so kind and welcoming. My two children have been seeing her since birth and we have loved every appointment. You feel as if she is treating them like she would her own children. I could not ask for a better doctor!

We love Dr. Koeppel. She is a truly dedicated doctor and you can tell from her waiting room that she takes care of everyone in such a graceful manner. She is under apprecaited and the has a huge heart. My 3 children love her and we know we are in great hands. She is never rushed and makes you feel like she has all the time in the world. Her love for her patients is clear and you will be so pleased with her care!!!

Dr. Koeppel has been wonderful, calling the house after my children have been sick or had x-Rays. I am very pleased with her!

We love Dr. Koeppel and her office. My child was sick and she called me herself after hours at home. Unheard of in today's practice of medicine. She is so kind and my children love her. She works so hard and is never rushed. You may have to wait but it is always worth it and I never leave without being satisfied. Her new office is beautiful and her staff is happy and up beat. My children love Dr. Koeppel and cannot wait to see her. She is so wonderful and always puts me at ease. She is so busy but always has time for you and is never rushed. She takes her time and addresses all of my concerns. You may have to wait but it is always worth it and she always apologizes for any wait at all. If you are looking for a wonderful pediatrician look no further. Dr. Koeppel has a wonderful bedside manner and clearly loves her job. She treats everyone of her patients and parents with respect and dignity. My children are teenagers and they adore her. Her office is clean and happy and her staff is really trying to accommodate everyone. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Koeppel or her office.

I have 3 children and all 3 see Dr. Koeppel. She is so kind and wonderful with my children. She would never be ugly about a patient and when you meet her you will understand why. She has children herself and is a devoted and wonderful pediatrician. We moved from a large city and she is the best we have ever had. I recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, smart and kind doctor for their children. As a plus her office is beautiful and she has excellent staff. You will not be disappointed.

It is amazing the things you hear when people forget you are there! Did you know that Dr. Koeppel REALLY only wants to see her Blue Cross Blue Shield patients??? And I really think she means only the "good" people- you know, the cute, little blond ones. The staff is clueless and rude. The management is rude. I can't believe the office manager is still around. I waited with my daughter for over 2 hours. I am sitting in the room and hear my daughter's doctor (Koeppel) actually complain about the "type" of patients she saw that morning. She was saying she was wasting her time this morning seeing "junk" and to only put BCBS on her schedule. Really? This office has changed so much. I may have hated the old space in that it was so dated and dingy but there was a feeling of family and caring for our kids. The new space is wonderfully clean and bright but downright cold. The system is broken because it shouldn't take 2 hours for ear pain. Yes, I know I am a work-in but isn't it your job to handle sick kids? I shouldn't wait 2 hours to see a doctor for 2 minutes, feel rushed and then hear the talk I heard. In the last few months I have been in 3 times, the system is not improving. The managers in charge of this cranky, clueless chaos should be fired. And, Dr. Koeppel, shame on you!

Beautiful new office terrible staff!! Everyone there is completely clueless, from the girls at the front desk to the nurses and right down to management. And good luck seeing Dr Koeppel, if on the slim chance you get to see her and not her PA, you'll be waiting two hours for her to only spend two minutes looking at your child! All in all not that impressed.

Dr. Koeppel is not only the best pediatrician we've dealt with as a family, but I would venture to say she is the best Doctor-period! She has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients and their families as a whole. She never seems hurried or irritated when you have questions, but patiently and thoroughly takes time to listen to every concern. The new office is lovely and spacious. There seems to have been an adjustment with staffing in the move as well- which was a good decision! The women at the desk are kind and greet you with a smile now. A former nurse that seemed to hate her job and take it out on the patients, has either retired or been asked to leave- NF Peds is a stellar practice! Dr. Koeppel is an outstanding doctor! Blessed to have them in Tallahassee!

North Florida Pediatrics is by far the best pediatric office town and Dr. Koeppel and her staff are awesome! Dr. Koeppel has a great bedside manor and is very knowledgable. When we are at an appointment, I never feels like she is rushed or hurried, even though I know she has many more patients to see. She definitely takes time to make sure she covers all my questions and concerns. What's even better, she has called, herself, to follow up,on how my child is doing! How many doctors do that nowadays? There have been times when we have had to wait to get called back, but never more than 15 minutes, and what's even better, I have never been turned away when my child has been sick. We always get worked in for that day. The new office is absolutely beautiful! The waiting room is clean and does not have any clutter. The exam area is big and bright, with wonderful murals and rooms decorated just for the kids! If you are looking for a pediatrician, look no further - you have found the best!

The new office is beautiful. I do believe the wait was longer than ever though. At least an hour in the lobby! Sad to see some of the same rude staff though. What this office needs is better direction in staffing. The staff seem ill tempered but that is probably due to overworking them. I wish Dr. Koepel the best and hope she takes control of the attitudes so as to be successful. We love the new location!!! I cannot imagine what the lobby will look like in a few months. It is lovely but doesn't seem very "kid-friendly". The kid beside me kept roughly messing with the paintings. I thought he would pull it down on his head!

The new office is beautiful. The staff is upbeat and happy. You will not be disappointed. Dr Koeppel is just as caring as ever. We love this practice.
