Dr. Odus Martin Franklin, DO

I was examined first by his resident who was extremely nice. Then walks in a man who does not introduce himself , (Dr. Franklin), which I found out later! His conduct was totally unexceptionable. From the way he spoke to the resident, then he had no problem body shaming me. He Went as far as to ask why I was overweight? I would never recommend going to this office. I have worked in the medical field for 46 yrs. and have seen many things. But he takes the cake on rude.

I bought a groupon for 2 spider vein treatments by Dr. Franklin. I went to see him at the Wurzbach Rd. location and he said after an ultrasound that in order to get rid of my spider veins my legs required deeper treatment because of my varicose veins. I had several visits (about 8) and in the last visit I finally had the treatment for my spider veins. This last visit was in August 8, 2017 and 3 weeks later my legs look worse, with even more spider veins than before and scars and blemishes where the treatments were done, and I still have to pay hundred$ of dollar$. Big WASTE of money.

Awful staff they do not care about the people they are supposed to take care of, dirty long waits and bad attitudes!
