Dr. Malini B Iyer

Dr. Iyer chipped my molar during the procedure and when I told her I saw her eyes get wide because she was probably hoping i wouldn’t notice for whatever reason and then proceeded to tell me that I have a plastic filling. It was completely irrelevant considering that doesn't matter because she chipped it which is the problem at hand. She took no responsibility. It was extremely careless and unprofessional on her part, I wouldn't recommend her if my life depended on it.

My overall experience at this office was great! Everyone was very courteous and professional before, during, and after my visit (scheduling appointment, the actual appointment, and check up). Dr. Iyer and her assistant definitely have the bedside manners that one can appreciate :). I went in for an extraction, there was nothing wrong with my tooth--I only went in for an extraction because of my braces. I didn't feel a thing and I never even had to take pain medicine. Great work!!!!!!!!!!
