Everything has been great with Dr. Sacino I have no complaints. She has fully explained everything and has gone into detail. She is always on time. And the kyphoplasty results speak for themselves . It has been wonderful. She knew we had to go back home up north and worked miracles in such short time. She did more than expected.

She is very friendly and answers all my questions and is able to explain things in a way that I am able to understand. The Apex office as a whole is efficient, clean and runs on time

Dr. Sacino thoroughly explains everything . She was not insistent on surgery and listened to what I wanted to do first before anything else. The whole surgery team was very pleasant and professional. I’ve had about 92% total relief after my surgery.

My experience has been amazing from the office staff to Dr. Sacino. She took care of me and set me in the right direction. The outcome of my surgery has been better than I expected. Both Dr. Sacino and Dr. Cannarsa are not only adept at what they do in the operating room but they are very kind and caring as well. They took all the time I needed with each visit.

Doctor Sacino at Apex Brain and Spine is an outstanding neurosurgeon. I was referred to her by my primary care physician, and I’ve already thanked him for that referral more than once. I was having pain in my shoulder and had already started physical therapy and had seen a pain management specialist before I had my visit with Doctor Sacino. She took one look at my MRI and she immediately identified my problem. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition to me and why my pain was so severe. She fully answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns. Doctor Sacino detailed my options and did not rush me to make a decision as to the path I wanted to follow. Her explanations were straight-forward and clear. I couldn’t believe how much time she was willing to spend with me on that initial visit. Following more physical therapy, and another visit to the pain management specialist, I had a second office visit with Doctor Sacino (I was anxious about a potential surgery and had many more questions). I decided on the surgical route as the only clear option that would eliminate the cause of my pain. While Doctor Sacino did not push the surgery, I am so glad that I made that decision. And, even more so that I found Doctor Sacino. She is caring, kind, brilliantly intelligent and an exceptionally qualified neurosurgeon. Dr. Sacino is an amazing Neurosurgeon. We feel so lucky we were referred to her! From the moment we met her she was kind, patient, and answered and addressed all of our concerns throughly. Dr. Sacino is the only Micro Neurosurgeon specialist in the area making her uniquely skilled! Her office is state-of-the-art; while in consult, she brings up the patient’s MRI and goes through every aspect of the problem. She was cautious and advised we start with physical therapy and pain management. When my husband’s unrelenting pain was not resolving, we scheduled surgery with Dr. Sacino. We were anxious about the surgery but thrilled with the results! My husband instantly felt relief from his pain. He was moderately sore at surgical site but felt 100% better at 2 1/2 weeks. Dr. Sacino says her patients often feel better so much faster that the problem is to prevent them from engaging in normal activity too fast! Nice problem for the patient and the family! We highly recommend her!!!

Short Wait time from making appointment to see, Dr. reviewed with me my previous MRIs . She explained her reading of the MRI and explained the spine problems. Asking about my activities today, she suggested limits of physical activities to follow a healthy life.
