Dr. Benjamin Todd Raines, MD

The reviews I read on the Internet were fantastic but could they be trusted? I’ll admit I’m old and a bit cynical) But now, I can answer: Yes! He’s as professional and thorough in his explanations and analysis as the reviews claim! He encouraged me to ask any questions that came to mind and carefully walked me through my X-rays. (Well… maybe “walked” was a poor word choice. Lol. I wasn’t walking too good at the time, although hallelujah I am now! ??) In 79 years, I’ve never felt as confident in a physician as I felt when I left his office. The staff was super! They took my insurance and I simply walked out when it was over. It was worth driving approximately 140 miles round-trip from my home in Geneva. My internist had made me an appointment closer home but I’m thankful I cancelled and took a chance on Dr, Raines. I’ll be going again in 6 weeks for my check-up. Thank you, Dr. Raines. You’re the best!

Outstanding Dr and staff

Staff was very friendly and check in process was easy. Dr. Raines took the time to review my x-rays with me and complete a through examination. He explained all my options and walked me through the plan of care.

My visit with Dr. Raines was simply outstanding. I chose to see him after reading numerous glowingly positive reviews on different websites. In short, my visit was the best experience I’ve ever had with any medical professional. The office staff were all quite polite and helpful, Dr. Raines didn’t keep me waiting at all, and was very thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of things. He not only explained the condition and potential treatments, but also patiently asked me any questions I may have. I will be more than happy to recommend him and his office to all, and I look forward to continue seeing him in the future!

How Ft Walton Beach is able to have a doctor the quality of Dr. Benjamin Todd Raines is totally amazing to me. This gentleman earns five stars in every possible area one could ask.
