Dr. Aaron Bennett Stein, MD

I have gone to Dr Stein for over 20 yrs and he is absolutely one of the best physicians I have encountered. Very bright, but he is caring and listens to his patients--If ever there was anyone who deserved 5 star rating, it is he. -- David Carnley, R.N.

Had a very bad experience today with Dr Stein and his Rude Greeting Nurse. After reading some of the negative reviews I don't feel so bad now. I was feeling it may have been my fault the mean old man forcible told me to leave his office and denied me care when I've been waiting two weeks in horrible pain to see him and no one else will help me due to my pain management contract .I also a 65yr old 100% disabled vet.for my chronic back pain . Thank you very much Mr Stein. Hope you and your rude nurse feel good about what you put me through today and if you read this you will know who I am.

Pushing vaccine. Said he won’t see you unless you have had the shot. Also said if you had Johnson & Johnson shot he would not see you. Claims it is to protect Cancer patients. He obviously hasn’t read what the vaccine does for people. All of the manufacturers on their websites state that it doesn’t prevent you from spreading COVID. It’s doctors like him that have cause more harm then good by spreading miss information.

Went there in pain and left in pain! If you go there bring an attorney with you.

Took me 8 years to find out that my core was injured by being pushed into the spinal table!!! Went to John Hopkins, and found out. After my surgery, I was referred by my surgeon to a different pain management dr. After this dr moved away, I returned to dr Stein. As an RN myself, he was so unprofessional, and judgemental. He patient profiled me. There's no place in healthcare for profiling patients!!

He is an awesome doctor! Very caring and concerned about what you have to say and gives you options for your injury. He also has a great staff! Get up the great work!!!!

Only seeking Answers . You can't judge a book by it's cover. It took me 8yrs post fusion to find out answers. I was injured to my core from the operating table or bar that I was laying prone on. His comments put me in a very low place. He's not a bad dr.

I suffered a rare complication from my plif from being prone.

I have been seeing Dr. Stein for 15 years with lower back pain. He and his entire staff are extremely helpful and have always been extremely polite. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pain management.

Dr. Stein is very rude and unconcerned about your pain. Office visits you only see HIS nurse and she won't let you see him. Why? IM PAYING TO TO SEE A DOCTOR NOT A NURSE. If I keep asking over and over to see him, when he does appear he is then very rude as if I'm not even a person. Had a RF nerves burned and he was hurting me so bad to where I was crying. Asked he could please put my numbing agent because pain was so unbearable. I was ignored. He stuck me again to burn the other nerve and I gasped and cried. He got so mad and said I have patents out in the waiting room. Then I was told if you do that again I will drop you from this office and walked out. Never to be seen again. I asked the nurse what I did wrong for him to treat me like that. She then said he's been in a bad mood. She felt sorry for me. She was the surgical nurse not the rude taking you in back nurse. So with him you are suppose to take his abuse or be dropped from his office. I have switched to Dr. Laura tunke. Love her. Takes time to go over your records and put in a game plan for you on what is best for you in treatment. Has never been rude or doesn't has time to see and sends in a nurse. Dr steins nurse is rude and has no right to diagnose you! Where is her PHD?She was always telling me you need to do this and that with injections and such. When I was seeing Norfleet, he had a nurse do the same thing. Guess what, miss Mathews was wrong on so many levels. She would take bottles of pills I said was not helping and would put them in her pocket. I NOW know that was illegal for her to do. Suppose to destroy in front of you. Just beware with any DR. I learned the hard way. DR LAURA TUNKE IS GREAT!

Dear dr Stein. When will you retie. You are guility of patient profiling! Which absoluty has no place in health care! I was a Nurse! You did me so dirty! All i wanted from you was to get to the core cause of my pain! You treated me like i was stupid! You believe all i wanted was a rx, you gave it, but didn't sign it, you were just trying to rid me! This is awful. This is a tactic. You were wrong and i hope all of your patients , potential ones especially, read this about you! And i want to share this little informatin/ rcperience with everyone! WHO'S LAUGHING NOW!

I was referred to Dr.Stein for pain mngmt. I went to office to schedule appointment with referral in hand. First question was what insurance do you have. BCBS of FL. She immediately said we don’t take that insurance. I said you are listed as a provider and BCBS approved the referral. She replied they don’t pay for anything, we have loads of bills that they denied and are not getting paid. So I’ve found another Dr now who does procedures and office visits etc. And when I get my explanation of benefits, they get paid very well even under contract price’s. So of you have BCBS don’t bother find another provider!!

Dr. Stein and his wonderful staff always go above and beyond to give me the utmost professional care. I cannot say enough great things about them.

I was sent by my companies insurance carrier to this quack. Florida law provides for the insurance company to choose the doctors that you see setting up all kinds of ethical questions. I was sent to him to be my long term pain management doctor. When I got there an office girl took me to a room and asked all the standard questions. I told her all of the information and symptoms of the injury. I told her that I had been diagnosed and sent for long term pain management. Dr. Stein came in. He flipped through the reports and said "You have pain in your shoulder, back and hip. I can't do anything for you. I will send you to an ortho doctor. I told him that all of the other doctors and the physical therapists had ruled out ortho problems. He stuck to his guns so I asked him to provide me with the papers for the referral. He looked at me and refused to issue any paperwork. My attorney told me to insist on papers from each appointment. I pressed it and was still denied. I called my attorney as I left. This doctor did not refer me to an ortho specialist or honor any of the past doctor's findings. Instead he wrote a letter to the insurance company saying that all of my issues were from a previous injury and were just aggravated by work and that they had healed and dismissed it. No other doctor came even close to this and most said that the conditions were worsening.This doctor spent less then five minutes with me and did not address at all the reason I was referred to him. Do Not got to this quack if you expect anything close to medical treatment. I would have been better off with VooDoo or a witch doctor

LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. ALWAYS IN A GREAT MOOD. OFFERS DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO HELP WITH YOUR PAIN. GREAT DOCTOR.

Dr. Stein is the best. He is always available for me if I have any questions. His staff is the best medical staff I've ever had. They are fast, friendly and professional. You can't do better.

Dr. Stein and his staff are excellent. After dealing with Military Doc's for 19 years I was amazed by the time he took to explain things to me after I was referred to him.

Dr. Stein has always been wonderful to me; he and his staff have treated me with utmost respect, and I've been seeing him for years. I see that some people have commented that he is terrible but I think some of them are getting him mixed up with a Dr. Epstein. His bedside manner is totally respectful; always cares about where the pain is coming from. As for me, I really enjoy the visit when I go for an appointment! Thank you, Dr. Stein and staff!!

Rude and arrogant. I was told to "Get the f*** out" before my procedure.

Always the best care with my pain mngmt and bedside manner is fabulous.
