Dr. Bates explained the procedure for my reverse shoulder replacement in easy to understand language plus why I need the reverse method. I was impressed with his thoroughness in helping me to understand it. He also answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This was after trying alternative treatments that didn’t work. I was determined not to have surgery. Ha ha! I gave up and faced reality! But they let me try the other first.

Dr Bates was thorough and took his time assessing my shoulder and discussing the treatment options.

Hesitated to make this appt but got tired of an old injury not getting better. Dr. Bates gave me his undivided attention and was very professional.

Wait time is as 80 minutes! Not good for me. Dr Bates was fine. Recommended treatment plan for my injury. Will try and accomplished that plan.

Dr Bates was very professional, friendly, and helpful.He had reviewed the new MRI of my left shoulder and clearly explained why I have pain. After observing my strength and movement, he gave me option of trying non-surgical means of seeing if the pain subsides. He prescribed topical medications and exercises to see if pain subsides. If not, surgery will be an option, and a followup visit is scheduled.

Dr. Bates was fantastic, he took good care of my son who’s an athlete at OHS. Was very knowledgeable about his condition, set up a game plan and we were on our way. So thankful for him.
