I was able to talk to him with ease. He understood what I was saying and was always there to help. I have just found out that DR. Travis is no longer with Kaiser and it is very upsetting. Kaiser has lost and excellent doctor.

Too little experience. A waste of my time and my copay. Go with a doctor with more experience. Never seemed to hear me when I tried to share my problem. Too much "IQ" and too little compassion. I am a person, not just a diagnosis. He never understood that.

He is chief of staff for good reason.

Dr. Travis is a very caring through patient psychiatrist. He sets a very high standard for those who follow in his footsteps. His understanding and commitment to patient care is outstanding. I am no longer in his care do to a reloacation and have to find anyone even close to his level of patient care.
