Dr. Ainun Haq, MD

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I even begin? She does a cursory job of everything! My partner is very nervous around doctors and Dr Haq did nothing to put her at ease. In fact, I watched the appointment unfold in horror. She doesn’t listen, she isn’t warm, she makes you feel like her time should be elsewhere. Rush, rush, rush. No bedside manner at all. She didn’t outwardly show any empathy or understanding. Her attention seemed to be elsewhere. When she did express anything it was very rote and at times seemed judgemental, arrogant, or condescending. There is no place for this in medicine. Not with patients. The breast exam was over before it started. She is not adept at follow up and is hard to reach. We switched to another primary care doctor thankfully. But you know what we found out recently? She never called regarding abnormal test results! It’s been months! Months of my partner not feeling well. I honestly can’t comprehend how she stays in practice.

I have been extremely impressed with the staff and efficiency at this location during my transition from another medical practice. Upon meeting with Dr. Haq she listened to my concerns and took time to read my medical record to make sure she was taking care of my present concerns. She did not stop there - she advised and made recommendations which were very well explained and easily understood. Thank you Dr. Haq!

I love Dr Haq. She listens to what I tell her and responds to what I say and doesn't fluff off what I tell her. Also, she is not adverse to natural remedies, which I truly appreciate. She also is sure to tell in more detail about how I can understand and know what is going on with my body. She doesn't rush me out and really takes the time to make me feel cared for by here. I moved about an hour away now, but because she is the first Dr that I truly appreciate, I am making the trek to go see her when I need to.

Horrible experience with Dr. Haq this week. I called with a severe sore throat, hoping for a same day appointment, but couldn't get one until the next morning. She was reluctant to order a throat culture even when I have a history of strep and am 25 weeks pregnant because I "didn't look sick". The rapid came back negative (usually does in my cases of strep), so she told me to hold off on antibiotics due to my pregnancy. The next day, I had to call HER to see if there were results. They couldn't find my sample. Blamed it on the lab, but I highly doubt that was the case. She told me just to start antibiotics in the meantime. Here I am, 50 hours after my culture, still waiting for results. Once again, I had to call them and am waiting for a call back. Absolutely horrible way to treat a patient, never mind one who is pregnant. I will be finding a new PCP asap.

I felt to write few lines for Dr Haq because of her sincerity to follow up with patients. She is friendly, she listens, answers questions, does not rush, explains with clarity to make sure patients is satisfied.

I've been going to Dr. Corbett for 25 years. He is a very good doctor. I have been seeing Doctor Haq for more than 2 years now. She is very thorough, gives sufficient time in the room to listen and answer questions. In my mind she is a very good physician I have ever had in the past.

Great Dr. and person. She takes the time to help you understand your issues and ease any concerns. She educates you at the same time and you never feel rushed. Very caring and attentive. Great all.

I have had the privilege of having Doctor Haq as my primary care physician. She is the epitome of and excellent physician. I have a complex illness which she has diagnosed and treated to the extent that I am much better now than ten years previous. Her sensitivity to her patients, her sense of ethics in always doing the correct treatment, her sensing when to make the correct referral and to whom are beyond reproach. I am presently 60+ years of age and have never had a physician of this high quality. I certainly thank her and give her the highest recommendation. I would recommend her to all members of my family. She has improved the quality of my hhealth and my life and for that I am extremely thankful.Sincerely

I 100% agree with all the negetive comments about this ?doctor?. It was like a nightmare last time I went to see her. Everything described about how horrible she is happened to me all in one visit. On top of being rude, condescending, not listening, note diagnosing the issues I came in for, trying to give me more pills, telling me I need to go to a pschiatrist for depression, not following up, accusing me of lying, among anything else listed as a complaint (although I don't have a prostrate issue and wasn't hospitalized) , she rolled her eyes at me! These negative comments are NOT exagerated at all. I have switched to a different Dr. and have had more results, treated with respect, listened to, treated, etc. than I had (didn't have) at Dr, Haq's office. The staff is also unfriendly and snippy and can't even lool at you while talking. UNBELIEVABLE! I only gave 1 start for ratings because there wasn't a negative...

Very concise w/ her data and explaining everything. Concerned and inquired about past visits. I felt very comfortable in talking with her.with my concerns. Very easy to get an appointment last minute.

She is so kind, caring and sits down for all my questions(even the general ones) and even if the subject is not what I mentioned while scheduling the appointment. I'm happy with her responses and solutions too. She explains everything that you ask in layman's terms so that anybody can understand. Overall I'm very pleased with Dr. Haq and definitely recommend her for others.

I would strongly suggested to see this Doctor. Dr Ainun Haq is very professional, accurate and eficient for the patient and the medical group as well, I can tell only good comments for the professional!

she must have missed her rotations in bedside manner because she was absolutely terrible at communicating with me. she also never diagnosed any problem i had and i ended up having to go to ER because she failed to run proper tests to diagnose me.

I honestly have never met anyone so rude. I fear having to ever go back. I left feeling belittled and cried when I got into my car. I pray no one gets stuck with this woman.

Dr Haq was not my first choice of PCP, nor was she my second, or third...you get the point. All other PCP's in this area were not accepting new patients, so I was forced to go with Dr Haq.Her bedside manner is TERRIBLE, she was combative, did not address my many issues, and didn't address my high blood pressure that the nurse told me I had. She was frustrating, lectured me about pain medication, and didn't even read my chart about previous medical issues before or during the appointment.Stay away, FAR away from this woman. This was my first and last visit with her, as I'll be finding a new PCP even if i have to go 40 miles away to do so.

I often feel that the Dr. is more concerned with herself than with me. The appointments are rushed with the Dr. crouched over a computer asking questions that often have nothing to do with the reason I am there. I had to go to see her 3 times before being referred to a specialist. It turned out to be a very serious problem.

If you have a problem and she cannot diagnose it, she just trys to give you medication for depression and keeps telling you that she thinks you are depressed. Not the case here and I would not take them. Moving on to a new primary.

This doctor did not care about anything I had to say about the pain I was in. Didn't make any referrals for me. Did not follow up with me. I would NOT recommend her to anyone!
