After 12 years of chronic pain, after seeing 4 doctors, 2 neurologists, an accupuncturist, all to no avail, Dr. Pervez was able to provide me with relief within weeks. I feel like a completely different person, thanks to him.

Dr Purvez is a very kind compassionate pain management doctor. I’ve been his patient for several years. I have severe back pain from damaged disc from an auto accident. I’ve had lower back surgery but require pain management to have an active life. Dr Purvez listens to me and offers several medications(not narcotics) and procedures to keeps me moving forward. Without his care I would not be able to function in my daily life.

I am a 71-year-old male with a history of chronic back pain, it had gotten to the point where my wife had to put my socks on and hold my underwear and pants for me to get dressed. Orthopedic surgeons told me that I was not a candidate for surgery. My daughter who is also in the medical field found Doctor Purvez. He suggested Stim Wave’s freedom Stimulator for pain management, the system is minimally invasive procedure. I now walk dally between 5,000 and 7,000 steps daily and enjoy my time with the grand kids. I now have my life back. I cannot say enough good about both Stim Wave’s SCS and Dr. Purvez. Dr. Purvez was so easy to talk with. He is so knowledgeable and explained my condition and what I needed to correct it. I required a procedure and it was scheduled for the next day! The procedure was performed with a comfortable bedside manner! He is so compassionate and kind. It makes it easier to know I can have trust and confidence that we will continue to have a good professional relationship.

I have been seeing Dr. Akhtar Purvez for 3 months now. I have been experiencing back and joint pain for as long as I can remember, and he has been amazing. By far the best doctor I have dealt with about these issues.

Dr. Purvez is professional, helpful, kind & very good @ what he does. He is also very nice to look at. Lol. ;-) His secretary/assistant, Janelle (I hope I spelled her name right..?) is also very hard working & caring. They both go above & beyond to try to help you. They make a great team.
