I had upper/lower eyelid blepharoplasty with lower lid laser skin resurfacing. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. They are very prompt with your appointments, no unnecessary waiting. I just had my last follow up appointment yesterday and I am completely amazed and happy with results. The took the final picture and placed it next to the before picture and Iwas surprised how much of a difference there was. It was hard for me to honestly see it because I have been dealing with being told how tired I look, how unattractive look and how angry I look due to the circles under my eyes since I was 15. I am 61 now so my brain is so conditioned to believe I ook a certain way. Recovery was not bad and Dr Brackup and the staff were always available if I had any questions or needed to see them. Highly recommend. Also, they are truthful with you about the results you can expect based on you, your skin, your circumstances and expectations.

I thoroughly researched doctors even as far as 2 hours away to do my upper and lower blepharoplasty. I narrowed it down to 5 doctors which I had a consultation with. Dr. Brackup was not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. You know what... he made me feel comfortable about the surgery. I had tons of questions and he patiently stayed and answered all of them. I didn't feel rushed. I went with Dr. Brackup and I'm happy I did. My eyes look so much better. I feel like a million bucks! I don't look tired any more and look younger! I would highly suggest meeting him and his staff and do a consultation. You will not be disappointed. No pain after the surgery either.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brackup and his staff (especially Michelle!). From my initial visit through surgery for Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty and an Endoscopic Brow lift, I felt comfortable and in great hands. Every step of the process was explained in great detail. As a detail oriented person I was so at ease. Professional and courteous, but most of all skilled. After thoroughly researching and visiting a number of different plastic surgeons I recently had my first cosmetic procedure with Doctor Alan Brackup. During my initial consultation Dr. Brackup spoke about the area I wanted to improve. He gave me three different options, taking time to explain the procedures and walk me through the process of each. As this was my first elective surgery I had many questions. Dr Brackup and his staff were responsive and accommodating. Going into my surgery I felt totally comfortable. I had my surgery a little over six weeks ago and I could not be happier with the level of care.

Outstanding work, friendly staff and no wait time!

I had laser resurfacing done to my face. The results are outstanding especially around the mouth area I could not be happier. He is the best.

I am of Indian origin and was concerned about scarring etc. but looking at the bags under my eyes each morning was depressing. I did my research and interviewed many qualified and highly rated surgeons in PA and NJ. Dr. Brackup was the last one interviewed. He stood head and shoulders above everyone I had seen and his explanations of the procedures were dot on my research! His professionalism and competence was so impressive I signed on the spot! Dr. Brackups staff are also amazing, especially Michele.

Dr. Brackup's confident manner was very reassuring to me when I bravely consulted him about facial surgery. Every time I passed a mirror, I did not recognize myself in the reflection. I needed to do something to turn back the clock. He took time, made recommendations, and was very thoughtful in his approach. I did my homework before my consultation and therefore knew his stellar qualifications and I was pleased that he is also an ophthalmology surgeon. I had my surgery (brow lift, facelift, forehead lift, eyelids, and laser under my eyes and nose) about a month ago. I have already had four follow up visits, all very positive. Dr. Brackup's staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and happy. Michelle, his nurse, has answered my myriad of questions since day one. The surgery center is privately located so I did not run into anyone I knew. His office is the first one by the entrance, so while you are healing you do not have to be faced by curious onlookers. I didn't look too pretty the first week, but by the end of the second week my looks were acceptable so I could venture out with confidence. Now, at four weeks, I can say I look amazing. Two of my sisters and one of my friends are already scheduling consults with Dr. Brackup because they are amazed at how good I look. While you are in the waiting room, check out the two huge binders of thank-you notes to Dr. Brackup from his very grateful clientele. I can't think of enough superlatives to acknowledge my experience with Dr. Brackup. Go for it!!!

I waited a long time to get my eyes done and it was worth the wait. I had my upper and lower (bags) eyes done. Dr. Brackup and his staff were just wonderful. I had no pain, just had to put some drops in and cream on the stitches. Some dry eye, but that has gone away also.

I can't believe a Dr. this wonderful exists - from consultation to now 3 procedures, the whole process feels like you're on a team together. Dr.Brackup really cares and wants to help you-each patient is valued, you are not just one of the many faces he will see in a day like other Drs sometimes make you feel. This office will ask what you are looking to do, and not sell you just anything. Please give Cosmetic Surgery Specialists a try, I promise it's worth your time and money.
