Dr. Alan Hunter Daniels, MD

I've known Dr Daniels for well of 10 years. He has done 2 cervical fusions. Anterior and posterior. He is surely the best at what he does. Trustworthy confident and courteous and extremely professional. Would highly recommend and would always be the go to person.

Often times people will tell you things to make you feel warm and fuzzy. Dr. Daniels tells you what he and his team are going to do and then he does them. The GUY is really good at what he does. I would not hesitate for a moment to go back to him if I needed too! One small thing he did is when I was wheeled into the operating room he introduced me to members of his team. Never happened to me before. He thought enough of his team to introduce them to me. I HIGHLY endorse Dr, Daniels and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Daniels is one of the finest surgeons that I have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgeable and totally capable of restoring what others have failed to do as promised. Dr Daniels has brought about healing and reason for joy in my life. I highly recommend him for care and already have done so with several patients who have been let down by other surgeons.

All went well from start to finish. Dr Daniels answered the call of a professional surgeon. My back surgery was my first surgery rendering me very skeptical. Dr. Daniels reassured me that the fusion and decompression was the correct decision to alleviate my extreme discomfort. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Daniels and his staff.

Dr. Daniels was very professional, punctual and straight forward as to the surgical procedure being performed. He explained everything in full detail. I was hesitant at first with the back fusion but Dr. Daniels and his staff put me at ease. I am very pleased and happy with the results of my surgery. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Dr Daniels is "AMAZING " I Have been suffering with back pain and left calf pain for a year .I have tried injections PT nothing helped . I Saw dr. Daniels and after looking at my tests he assured me he could help. He was easy to talk to ,confident but not arrogant and extremely smart . I immediately felt like I could trust him !! I am home 9 days post op and doing great . His office staff is also wonderful . I have had a couple questions while recovering and they have gotten back to me immediately I can't say enough good things . I highly recommend Dr. Daniels . Great experience

In 2018 I injured my back at work in SC, as time went on, the pain continued to get worse. I moved back to the New England area and workers comp. sent me to see Dr. Daniels in the beginning of 2019. We tried a few different things but nothing worked so I opted for surgery. Talk about an amazing doctor and surgeon, the day after my surgery the pain shooting down my leg was GONE!!! It has been 3 months since my surgery and I'm doing great, still a little discomfort but doing the PT and happy to be out of pain. Dr. Daniels takes the time to listen and is just a wonderful human being, not Godlike at all. Still talks to me even though I told him he looked better in scrubs than a suit! Krista, a Physician Assistant, is such a joy. She takes the time to listen to you and not make you feel rushed and that you're not just another patient. I wish I was better at remembering names, the nursing staff is just above and beyond! I am so grateful that this was the place workers comp sent me, I couldn't have asked for a better group of medical professionals to help me get back on my feet! I also would highly recommend Dr. Daniels and his team! Thank you!!!

Dr. Daniels changed my life. I was suffering with excruciating back pain. I had put off surgery for 20 years. His confidence and professionalism convinced me to have spinal compression surgery. I now have my life back. He and his staff are the best! I would and do highly recommend him.

I had surgery on my back on aug 29th 2018 and i was able to walk down aisle at my sons wedding and also played 8 games of softball in florida on nov 7th and 8 th dr daniels and his staff were tremendous

Dr Daniels is one of the most sophisticated and Polished surgeons I have ever met. He takes the time to go over every step with you doesn't matter how long it is how many questions you have he's attentive he listens to his patients I can't say enough good things about him. If you ever need spine surgery he is who you should talk to first second last however you want to do it he is the best of the best.

He is the best. I actually switched from another surgeon (in a different practice) to him...BEST move i ever made. He is smart...confident...very skilled...AND an awesome personality! Not easy to find ALL of that in a doctor nowadays....?

Dr. Daniels is exceptionally friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He thoroughly explained everything to me and never rushed or pressured me to make decisions. I had surgery 2 weeks after learning I needed spine surgery and was back to my daily routine just 2 weeks post-operation. I feel the best I have in 2 years thanks to Dr. Daniels. Highly recommended!

Dr. Daniels was excellent on all fronts. He understood my pain and diagnosed the problem quickly, knew exactly how to fix it, and took the time to explain the surgery that was required - a cervical discectomy and fusion of multiple discs. Dr. Daniels was empathetic, has a wonderful personality, and genuinely expresses care and concern every time you see him. The best part... he performed the surgery perfectly.
