Dr. Goldman took great care of me. I absolutely recommend he and his team. If you want proper treatment, see Dr. Alan. Stop wasting so much money on all that over the counter stuff that doesn’t solve the issue. If you want to keep putting it off or risk it with another doc, it’s your butt on the line. Dr. G is Gold and so is my backside.

I had hemorrhoid surgery over ten years ago, and the after effects were very unpleasant. When I began having some issues again, I saw Dr. Goldman, who has since treated me for additional hemorrhoids and also an anal fissure. I am very pleased with the treatments I have been given and am currently doing very well. Staff has always been very courteous.

The doctor looks very knowledgeable; he was in a rush, hardly spent 10 mins. I thought he should be providing more information. Though I requested same-day service, he suggested to comeback after two weeks. No sample ointment has been offered; instead, they are selling for $60. Overall I felt no use for the initial service.

I was seeking a doctor for treatment for my severe pain I was having. The pain level was a 10 of 10. I was scared thinking that I may need a surgical procedure, so I made an appointment with Dr. Goldman. The minute I met him he made me feel at ease. He did an exam and to my surprise, he recommended a cream. I was skeptical about the cream, but I was willing to try anything to get relief. I used the cream and within the first week I noticed an improvement of my pain level. After two weeks I noticed even more ease of my symptoms. I went for my follow up checkup with Dr. Goldman, he advised me that both of my problems have been healed. I am amazed at the results of the treatment that Dr. Goldman has provided. After decades of living with hemorrhoid and the discomfort and embarrassment that goes with them, I finally decided to use Google to see if there was a non-surgical way to remove them. I did some research and decided to check into the CRH O’Regan System. Their website referred me to Dr. Alan Goldman at the Hemorrhoid Centers of America and I made an initial appointment to learn about the procedure. Not only did they explain the procedure, after the exam they were able to start the treatment (part one of three). 5 minutes later, I was on my way to being without hemorrhoids! Literally, it takes longer to park and walk into the building than it does to have the procedure done. And it's practically painless when Dr. Goldman does the procedure, just some slight cramping for the next 24 hours. I couldn't believe it was so easy! I have finished my treatments, and couldn't be more pleased. I wish I had looked into this sooner.

When a previous Dr had reccommended a general surgery that also might have some long term negative affects I went to the internet to do some research. I found that there were some unique topical medications that were approved but most Drs had not heard of them. Then I found Dr Goldman who had made this the focus of his practice. He has been able to solve my issues and keep me very healthy since 2011.

I had a horrible experience with this doctor and his staff. My consultation was scheduled for 12:40pm. I was sent an email asking for me to arrive around 12 to fill out my new patient paperwork. The doctor and his staff didn't show up to open the office until after my scheduled appointment time. It then took them 10 minutes to open up the office and have me start my paperwork. Other patients were walking in and getting called back before me. After the 3rd patient was called, I asked when my turn would come. They put me in a room where I had to continue waiting. I finally saw the doctor 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor took a look and gave a diagnosis. He proceeded to make fun of my tumor by nicknaming it. I found his humor rude. I made an appointment for removal. At my next appointment I was given an estimate for a procedure that I was not having. The nurse assured me I was. I proceeded to tell them it was wrong. I waited for the doctor. It was wrong. The nurse from my first visit messed up her notes. After my removal, it was time for payment. I was told to pay for the procedure that I didn't have. They said "we do not have a code for what you had done, so just pay for this other procedure." It was $140. I refused to pay for a surgery that I did not have. She made a phone call to her boss. And proceeded to tell me to pay the $140. She then got a call back saying my procedure was only going to cost $20, because my insurance would cover 80%. My surgery was $100 not $140. Horrible and unorganized office. I DO NOT recommend. I'm currently having major complications with my stitching and have become infected. I will not see this doctor again. Headed to the ER to fix this problem.
