Dr. Brown is a knowledgeable, kind physician. Absolutely no problem with his treatment. The problem is with the way the practice schedules appointments and then accepts numerous walk-ins which puts the physician two hours behind. My appointment today was at 3, and I got out at 4:45. I was with Dr. Brown for 10 minutes of that nearly 2 hour span. Also I had major problems getting a prescription refill. After leaving 3 messages and getting no response, I had to physically go to the office and did not leave until I knew the prescription had been sent to CVS. As much as I like and respect Dr. Brown, I don’t know if I will return to the practice.

1st visit here and it was so much faster and more pleasant than going to urgent care or the ER for an xray for a foot injury. Would definitely go there again if needed in the future.
