Honestly the wait time was okay, I didn't mind. But I've had an avulsion fracture in my hand for two weeks before I was able to get a referral to his office. Then when I get there, he is literally in and out in maybe 2 minutes. He kept moving my finger around in every which direction, not talking to me, not asking what hurts, just hurting my hand the whole time. Then he threw some buddy tape at me, told me to stop protecting my finger. If he had asked any questions or even let me speak for a few seconds, he would know that I haven't been protecting my finger at all and that all I've been doing is treating it like normal. I don't know, the whole thing really felt like was just trying to get me out of there as quick as possible. It was very rushed, I don't feel like he talked to me about anything even remotely in depth. I was thrown in and thrown out, probably won't be using them again. Nice guy, he just didn't make me feel like he was actually there to help. Just kinda swept under the rug.

Dr Bollinger set out my options with clarity. He assessed my Dupuytren's contracture with great care and gave me his best opinion on a course of action. I am following his recommendation as he has gained my complete Trust!

Quick to get in. I was a returning patient, Dr Bollinger explained routes to take for treatment. He offered a steroid injection that I was very apprehensive to accept but did. The PA that gave it had good technique so it wasn’t as painful as a previous experience.

Dr Bollinger and his team are fantastic. I had ripped a gash in my finger and he suggested it be deadened and stitch the gaping opening together. He was so patient, answered all my questions and said it could be repaired. Doc and some of his team were in and out of the room when he was putting it back together. Every single professional that works with him is so kind, understanding and patient. I called with questions and received prompt calls back with patient kind answers. I would recommend Doc Bollinger to any and everyone. He and his amazing staff are all fantastic. My finger is healing amazingly. Thank you again to everyone! Dude is hilarious. When I first met him he kinda stumbled in threw the door and was like "holy crap" when he looked at my finger yet was understanding and gave a good recommendation for surgery. I also got a nice complement on my watch. I like that because I'm a watch enthusiast. Second time before my surgery he had a "I'm too cool attitude" then proceeded to click and throw his pin after my questions like "he was done here". I just found him comical and hilarious in his mannerisms. All in all, he's cool.

Surgery was very sucessful. Communication and bedside manner was not genuine nor patient centered.

He explained the procedure well and was genuinely concerned with your well being. I trusted him and he delivered. I would highly recommend him!

Visit was smooth and incredibly helpful. Previous medics had missed a fracture on my wrist that Dr Bollinger’s team didn’t. I would highly recommend.

Parking was and issue due to limited space. Easy check in. Friendly staff greeting on arrival and shortly after being lead to privet room followed with x-rays. Dr. Bollinger entered shortly for follow-up consultation. He was direct and focus on assessing the effectiveness of the surgery and the patient’s current progress. He was direct and to the point of planning and proactive care, that will help make recovery as smooth as possible. My patient experience was 5 star.
