Dr Berger is the best. Her staff worked with me when I wanted something out of the norm. Surgery went well.

The worst experience! I waited over 1 hour to be seen and when I was it was a PA and the doctor walks in for 5 minutes and tells me there’s nothing wrong and walks out!your just another number to these doctors. They can care less

I have never had a real person for a surgeon until now she is a breath of fresh air

An expert who can explain complex issues so a layperson can understand. She outlined our plan after thoroughly evaluating my case. Also a good listener. P.S. - Her assistants were excellent too. I am more than satisfied.

Dr Burgar is fantastic. Waited quite a long time and the cast nurse had no social skills which is a shame as she did a great job on the cast but made me feel like I was in her way

Dr. Burgar agreed to squeeze me into her schedule since i was an emergency and i am more than blessed. She treated my injury with lots of care and i can finally rest.

I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment so I had to wait in the waiting room a little longer than usual. But I didn’t mind. And the staff was very nice and apologetic.

The lone receptionist is completely swamped she is amazing, but she is ONE person not at all realistic to have one person complete the large amount of patients in the San Ramon office. I heard of at least 4 patients who were scheduled for the same time...two for10:40 and two for 10:50. Resulted in extremely long weights in the waiting room and waiting in the examining room left me totally drained. Dr Burgar sees patients at San Ramon once a month do yourself a favor of void San Ramon go to Pleasanton
