Doctor is ok. Receptionists are very unprofessional and nasty

The receptionist at the window when you check in an pay your co-pay needs to go! Very unfriendly and does not make eye contact. Anybody that uses this group that I know says the same thing.

Dr Belding spends as much time as I feel I need. When following up on visits by telephone, he calls personally. Office staff are very helpful and friendly.
