I absolutely love Dr. Heaton, she really cares about her patients, she is resourceful, extremely knowledgeable about women's health, she has been my Physician for 13 years, I trust her immensely. She delivered both of my beautiful boys and the most special thing about her to me is that she remembers me and my deliveries. You won't find a better OB/GYN!

Dr. Heaton was extremely nice and professional. She delivered by daughter. When I first met with her when I was pregnant I discussed specifics in terms of delivery and an elective c-section and she was supportive. My only compliant would be the overall patient waiting system for the HWWC. The amount of time spent waiting for your appointment is ridiculous and a better system needs to be developed - this isn't a complaint against Dr. Heaton but rather the overall practice's processes/procedures.

Dr. Heaton is a GREAT doctor. I really do not mind waiting to see her for my appointments.

After seeing Dr. Heaton I was hopeful that I would finally get some answers for my constant pelvic pain. While she appeared to be listening, it was clear by the end of the appointment that she had not. She prescribed medication for symptoms that weren't even bothering me. She ordered an ultrasound and although the radiologist sent me to the ER to check for an ectopic pregnancy (it was neg) and urged me to see my Dr. asap, she only advised me to keep my appointment six weeks from then and we would repeat the ultrasound then. It's been two weeks since she did tests & cultures, I haven't gotten an answer as to the results. This lack of communication paired with the abscence of understanding my anxiety & need for followup has resulted in this lackluster rating and my low opinion of Dr. Heaton. I have an appointment with yet another Dr. soon at which I will question his aggression and commitment to helping me in our initial meeting before I waste my time and money!
