Dr. Allen Jeffrey Samuels

Had eye opening visit with this doctor. Asked so many questions about my family members and distant symptoms, long forgotten. Figured out my condition in 2 visits, 3 other rheumatologists were scratching their heads.

Figured me out; diagnosed my mystery ailment that had previously been missed in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, 2 additional rheumys in 2 visits. Very down to earth and compassionate. I feel great with a new treatment approach, have my life again

Best of 4 total rheumatologists over 15 years of being told I have fibromyalgia… finally have a correct diagnosis from Dr. Samuels. Very intelligent, excellent listener of many questions answers that were never previously asked, thought of.

Best diagnostician that either my husband or I have visited. Kind, thoughtful and highly skilled. Head and shoulders above my last several specialists from Cleveland and Buffalo! Erie are somewhat further. Office is clean a bit difficult to locate. As always, staff are excellent.

He listens carefully, asks many questions and is courteous, focused and tells it like it is,. Very intelligent, explains the what’s and why’s and how to treat. Office staff helpful. Difficulty with getting appointment because of rapid growth iof practice. Experience a 5. Long over due to have this talent level locally!

Best doc I’ve been to, have been to UP-Pugh, Cleveland clin. for joint and muscle pains for 9 yr and no certain reason. Dr. S figured out what I had in less time than the first visit was 40 mins. He listened to the same story I have told the others and it clicked. I wish He saw me 8 yr ago! Highest recommendation I can give. Good location and very pleasant staff

I’ve seen 3rheumatologists over 4 years and have been told rheumatoid,?fibromyalga and old age arthritis despite being 41 and in good overall health. Dr. S. Diagnosed me with shjogrens after I was sent for lip tissue biopsy which made sense after I was told it was positive. He is very intelligent kind and listens. Wonderful find for Erie!

I think I found him. I was on my local BC website doing a search for Rheumatologists and his name came up under Patient First in Easton. For those of you who don't know what Patient First is, it's a walk in clinic. I don't know any other Rheumatologists by that name. I called them and they said that he is not a regular doctor there but does come in now and again. I would love to begin to see him again but need someone who practices full time. Maybe if he gets a lot of calls from people wanting to see him he'll begin practicing full time again. We can only hope and do our best to make it happen. Let's work together.....

Please tell me its not so......he is no longer practicing in an office setting? Like most of you, I too think he is a wonderful doctor who has treated me with care, concern and after seeing several other physicians, found my diagnosis and treatment. I have been looking for him and couldnt find a thing about him. If he truly is doing corporate work now, best wishes to him, however, if any of you FIND him practicing again, please post it here.

Dr. Samuel's is very gifted at what he does I highly recommend him

Word from Dr. Samuels himself is that he has taken a corporate position and will no longer be doing clinical work. I wish him the best. I guess we all have to do what is best for us.

Read the last review from melani...it is false. Dr s. Hasn't seen pts since the summer. The other doc in the practice is awful. .maybe she confused her write up ???? We haven't been able to relocate Dr S...if anyone hears where he has reopened please share!!!!

My Family Dr sent me to Dr Samuels after no one else could give me answers as to what was wrong with me. I was so glad to finally know what my diagnosis was so I could be treated and accept what I had. But I am also trying to find Dr Samuels as well. I have been searching online and through various Drs offices and hospitals for his phone number. The number on this site goes to a fax machine. So if anyone finds out anything , Please post it back here so we can see Dr Samuels!

I have been with Dr. Samuels for 13+ yrs. and have never once felt rushed or that my issues didn't matter. Dr. Samuels goes over and beyond what you would expect from a doctor. East Penn lost a great doctor and I hope to find him and will drive to the end of the earth to find him! He is old-schooled and spends as much time as needed with each and every one of his patients!

Dr. Samuels has taken care of my RA for 12 yrs. What a wonderful, caring, compassionate physician. He sometimes runs "behind" because of his detail oriented approach to his patients and their many issues. I have never met a more thorough and caring physician. I hope he hasn't retired since he left East Penn Rheumatology. His associates are terrible! I have transferred my care awaiting Dr. Samuels return??
