Dr. Shah is an excellent surgeon. He has a great bedside manor and listens to all your concerns. He does not rush you and explains all the the options to you. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Shah was exceptional in his treatment of my torn meniscus. From my first visit, through surgery and final follow up visit, he was thorough, professional, communicative, kind and walked me through the whole process to full recovery explaining everything clearly along the way. Could not be happier with the entire experience!

He listened to all of my concerns, was patient in answering any questions I had, and even called my family post surgery to give them an update on my condition. Dr. Shah re-repaired a meniscus tear and Baker's Cyst, that was poorly repaired previously. After having issues for 4 years, I can now, after only a few weeks of recovery, go back to all my normal activities pain free aside from slight arthritis. I am a 54 y/o, overweight female. I am back to complete care of my livestock after only 2 months. Dr. Shah is not only a great surgeon, he has such a wonderful manner! He is kind and very easy to speak with. He is genuinely interested in your lifestyle to try to make the best decisions about your care. He is also very decisive about options and does not hesitate about his decisions or change his mind back and forth, which was a problem with my previous doctor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shah. If you are looking for an orthopedist, I highly recommend him! He also has a wonderful staff. I saw him at the Bohemia office.

I couldn't be more grateful and thankful that I had Dr. Shah as an orthopedic surgeon. I had originally seen another surgeon and he felt like I didn't need shoulder surgery and that I would be fine and then he dropped me. I saw Dr. Shah and he took such great care of me. He was so thorough and sent me for a better test and found what was going on. He did the shoulder surgery and now I have my life back. I am not in pain anymore and I have full ROM back and I can't even express my gratitude for his respect for me as a patient. He has the most amazing patient care, skill and follow up. He cares about his patient and wants to do everything he can to help better someone's life. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!

Dr. Shah was very thorough with figuring out exactly what was wrong with my daughter's knee. Not only did we speak in length over the phone, when we came to the office he took his time to show both of us her MRI and explained what was going on with her knee.
