Very friendly answered all my questions and concerns. Made sure I knew what was gonna happen before hand gave me the option on shots or surgery.

Very nice and friendly he explain what the problem was .

I am so happy with Doctor Afsari! His staff and Mosh physical therapy Jesica from their oak creek clinic are amazing can not ever thank them enough! If I could give them a hundred star rating I would!

Dr Afsari and Josh were both excellent in their description of what was to happen and making me feel relaxed about procedure. I have two more procedures to schedule with them and I have full confidence in the outcome. Can’t say enough about how well they worked together to complete this procedure. Awesome “bedside manner”!!!!

Although this was my first visit with the doctor I was very comfortable with his bedside manner. He explained my condition to my shoulder very clearly and outlined several different courses of treatment. His main goal was to do what was best for me in my personal situation, and not in a hurry to go to the most radical treatment. Surgery.

My visit like All the other ones was very good, my prognosis however wasn't good. Not the Doctor's fault, but the implanted shoulders, mainly my right side might not be repairable,, between a rock and a hard place. I might be handy caped in my right arm. Now What Do I DO..

Great Doctor when you get to see him. Too bad the system takes priority, not the patient.

Dr Afsari is always very professional, friendly and comforting. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I recommended him to another family member and they have an appointment to see him this week!

Terrific. He obviously knows what he's doing, has a great, easygoing manner, and makes you feel very comfortable and informed. I'll recommend him highly to everyone I know.

Dr. Afsari has a wonderful bedside manner. He explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend him and his staff, from check in to check out, each one is nicer than the last.

From the beginning, Dr Asfari has been very accommodating. The ER reached him on the weekend. I saw him for my initial visit right away on Monday and had surgery on Wednesday. He explained everything in detail and his bedside manner was very calming. I had an issue with the pharmacy and he went out of his way to follow up and make sure I got my meds. At my follow up appointments he and his PA, Josh, took time to listen and respond to my concerns. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because of the front office staff at the office location I went to for my follow ups. Not very friendly and when I’ve needed to call the office, they always have to take a message and say that they’ll pass it on to the ‘team’. I never get a timely response and always have to call again.

This doctor is very rude, terrible bedside manner

I have not been able to have my injury taken care of properly due to this doctor's habit of cancelling appointments on Friday afternoons. Out of three scheduled appointments his staff cancelled two due to "emergency surgeries". The first time I believed them and rescheduled. The third appointment - second "emergency" was the worst. I was pulling into his office and noticed a vm on my phone. I checked it to find that his nurse had called and said that he had left the building for another emergency surgery. I decided to go in anyway and reschedule only to see him standing around in the back looking through folders. He saw me and walked into an exam room. His nurse was contacted, she never bothered to speak to me- they never offered to explain why he was still there and seeing patients yet I had been told less than 30 minutes ago he had left for emergency surgery. I despise being lied to. I do not plan to go back to him and anyone that does should have a schedule that allows for multiple changes and a nurse that lies about his whereabouts.
