The front office staff was super friendly and courteous. Dr. Panchal knew exactly what was wrong when I explained my issue & after checking me out. He was extremely knowledgeable; I felt heard. He helped me right away. I would absolutely recommend this Doctor.

Dr Panchal and his staff are amazing, there were very nice and professional. After you walking in to the office you felt comfortable and well cared. I would to recognize Evelyn Dominguez, she is a fantastic member of the team.

Dr. Panchal was friendly and greeted me from the moment he walked in the room. I understood what the problem was and followed his treatment plan at this time . He spoke with complete clarity. All the staff were patient and very friendly to deal with.

I’ve been to Bone&Joint prior and the care is great. But the wait time frustrates me. What a full blown surprise I had with Dr Panchal. I was called into the treatment area less than 10 minutes from my arrival. Dr Panchal came into the room a minute or two following. Superior care. Highly recommend!

I was called right on time. I only waited a couple of minutes before Dr. Panchal was in the room to see me. I needed X-rays and they were done quickly. We agreed on a plan of care and follow up appointment. Dr. Panchal is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner.

Very quick and accurate diagnosis following X-ray, all done with a same day appointment. Would highly recommend and return to see Dr. Panchal who is friendly, easy going and takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and explain diagnoses.

Great office. Knowledgeable, fast and friendly.

Unfortunately, Dr. Panchal was in a rush with me. He suggested to have surgery on my shoulder and I would have a 3 month recuperation. He was not thorough and did not have much time for such a serious decision to be taken. I was rushed to asked questions and didn’t have enough input to think question's. Of course as he left more questions came up. Total visit time with had to be 4/5 minutes. Very disappointing. Other than that staff was great.

Dr. Panchal is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the injury and process to repair. This is my first experience with orthopedics and I am completely satisfied and confident that Dr. Panchal will repair my injury. I highly recommend!

Amazing doctor and staff! My husband and I were in an auto accident and Dr. Panchal got us both in and took excellent care of us. His staff is super friendly and sympathetic dealing patients in pain. A great feature is all the intake can be done on a phone or tablet which is great when you maybe unable to use your writing hand. 5 stars!
