No bedside manner, and has a short fuse.

Dr.Kumar is amazing. He does everything he can for his patients and their families. He takes his time to explain everything that is going on with our Mom's heart to us and jokes around with our Mom and makes her smile. We recommend him to people all the time.

Knowledgeable and compassionate, Dr. Kumar took the time to sit down and discuss my concerns, symptoms, and my family heart history with me. He's a great doctor and I have repeatedly recommended him to family and friends.

He is very competent , albeit curt, ,no nonsense,and direct. Explains diagnosis with thoroughness and spends the necessary time with patients.

Dr. Kumar is very caring about patients. I have the max confidence in this doctor. He began caring for my mother after she was admitted to the ER. He has been very clear about everything. He seems to work long hours and to work very hard to see patients in the hospital, no matter how long his day has already been. He was there as needed all through her hospitalization, surgery, and aftercare. I think his abilitly is top-notch: surgery, diagnosis, med changes, recommendations, follow-up, etc.

Dr. Kumar has been excellent in caring for my mother. He ihas been readily available ( taking into consideration that he has many people that he is taking care of). He always gets back to us. He truly cares about his patients. Dr. Kumar will joke around but when it is time to get serious he does an excellent job and gets his point across. Our family has been more than impressed with him and would definitely recommend him as a heart doctor

This doctor is very knowledgeable. He tells things like it is and that is good in a doctor, in my opinion.He is a very good person that cares for his patients.

He is too curt with no bedside manner. He needs to better explain test results and options available. He can't expect a patient to make up their mind about an invasive procedure on the spot, especially an elderly patient.

Bright and knowledgeable. If you don't want to hear the truth then he is not for you. He will tell you the absolute reality of your condition.

DR. KUMAR IS THE BEST!!!MY DAD HAD A LONG BATTLE WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AND IT WAS DR. KUMAR TO THE RESCUE! HE CAN BE A LITTLE STERN SOMETIMES BUT IT'S BECAUSE HE CARES FOR HIS PATIENT'S WELL BEING. THIS DR. KNOWS HIS STUFF. THANK YOU DR. KUMAR FOR SAVING MY FATHERS LIFE!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE OTHER MEDICAID PERSON, BUT MY PARENTS HAVE MEDICAID AND DR KUMAR HAS BEEN WONDERFUL TO THEM. SPENDING MANY LATE NIGHTS AND LOTS OF DRIVE TIME TO CARE FOR THE BOTH OF THEM. IF ALL DOCTORS WERE AS CARING AND THOROUGH AS DR KUMAR OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WOULD BE IN A LOT BETTER OF A SITUATION NOW SO THANK YOU DR KUMAR AND DON'T LISTEN TO NEGATIVE COMMENTS PEOPLE WOULD RATHER SAY BAD THINGS THAN GOOD IN MOST ANY SITUATION

My husband recently had an incident of shortness of breath and chest pains...we were told in the ER that he had a heart attack two days prior and a 100% blockage was causing his distress. Dr. Kumar removed the blockage with no complications and is a great doctor. He made sure that we understood what had happened, what he did to fix it and what we should do to prevent it from happening again. We were a little concerned that we might be treated differently by doctors or hospitals since we recently lost our insurance but Dr. Kumar checked in with us every day, answering every question we had and gave us fantastic care. We are very happy with him.
