Dr. Andrew M Ebert, MD

I thought he took the time to listen and evaluate my situation and gave me the option's available to me.

I was able to get in quickly, staff was very nice and Dr. Ebert gave me options for treatment. I’m very satisfied with the appointment and feel like I have an option if I need to go back.

Dr. Ebert answered all my questions I had concerning my Rt. Foot and Ankle. Very gentle and explained in detail what I needed to have done. The Front desk was friendly and answered any questions I had. He was my second opinion (I should have come to first).

Quick efficient and knowledgeable

I saw Dr. Ebert today to converse about potential foot surgery. He is a nice guy and easy to talk to, and no doubt has lots of surgical experience. I felt the appt. was rushed and I’m sure that was because he was running 30 min. behind. I was introduced to his PA and she gave me her email for further questions.

Dr Ebert is my surgeon and has operated on me three times over the last year . I broke my ankle and went to him to Fix me up . My surgery went good, follow up was great, staff was good and caring . Had good pain management , but as with ANY doctor if you have long term Problems or recurring issues (like I had) they will refer you to pain management . I feel that Drs are just being slightly lazy instead of just dealing with their patients issues instead of referring you to ANOTHER dr that doesn't know anything about the work he's done or the pain your in. Yes I've experienced the pain of Bone pressing on a nerve . It hurts like EVERYTHING !!!I'm Really pleased overall with dr Ebert and would see him again and refer family friends to him . He's caring and concerned and makes you not feel Like just a number . Thank you Dr Ebert for all Your hard work on me .

Worst staff and can't say much for Dr Ebert. After two surgeries and wanting to do another....I knew it was time to change Dr.'s.... No explanation as to why the first 2 didn't work. I wouldn't refer him to anyone I know. Does not care about patients....only cares about how many times they can bill your insurance company! Get a second opinion.

Dr. Evert himself is pleasant and seems caring. His staff on the other hand could care less, and seem to be there only to collect a pay check. The 1 hour and 45 min wait on my first visit should have tipped me off. I am a Fire Fighter so I know what patient care is all about. His staff has no clue. From examining me and not even introducing themselves, to improperly molding a half cast. I had to break my cast after surgery because they left finger indentions on the incision. When I brought this up to and showed his PA, she said "that's not even supposed to be connected there. I can see why you broke it." Nothing else was said or done. Not even an I'm sorry. Then there's pain management, or should I say lack there of. I had two surgeries done in one operation, and I'm treated like a drug seeker having to BEG for a refill. They lose faces from my pharmacy requesting refills. This happened EVERY time I've requested one (3), and currently in pain with no meds. If you know what nerve pain is then you know Tylenol alone does nothing to stop the stabbing pain. Only after six phone calls between my pharmacy and his office, and canceling future appointments and threats of calling the Texas Medical Board do I even get a chance to voice my concerns to him. His staff is very good at hiding complaints, to his patients detriment. I reluctantly gave him a third chance and have been let down once again. I will never recommend him to anyone I consider a friend, or even my worst enemy. I only hope this review will save you from the PAIN both physical and mental I endured at the hands of his staff. I do not doubt his skills, just his judgement in managing his staff.
