I was in the ER last night in severe pain and was told to follow up with a urologist. Dr Chans office was able to get me in for an appointment early this afternoon. He explained everything in a way I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone.

As always Dr. Chan takes the time to explain things and keeps it lite when appropriate. He makes it a pleasure to see the Doctor. I also found the staff that I dealt with to be pleasant.

Unbelievable care from the moment you walk in to the smile when you walk out.

I received a call on my cell phone from Dr. Chan while commuting home from Manhattan on the LIRR informing me that my husband had prostate cancer. Imagine receiving such a phone call. The appointment scheduled by his office to review my husband's test results resulted in Dr Chan not showing up for this appointment. Having been told he was stuck in traffic, we waited over one hour and then inquired as to his status. We were told he was in the emergency room. After pointing out the contradiction of these statements, we left the office. Apparently Dr Chan needs a refresher in bedside manner, especially when dealing with grave diagnoses.
