I spent years researching for the best doctor. I immediately noticed every dr was using the keywords "deep plane facelifts" but when I would meet with them I could tell they were not doing the deep plane approach. It turns out only two in the country actually do the whole approach. Yes, there are some drs using some of the deep plane approaches combined with other approaches, which is why so many patients have to go back for another lift. Everyone wants to look natural but younger. Dr Jacono nailed it. I can't get over how he's able to turn back time and have me still look like myself! When I shared what I've done friends are more shocked at my before pictures because I look so natural and myself today ... but better. That was the goal!! Because I came from out of town it was hard not to be around my support system but his practice made me feel loved and cared for - from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the recovery nurse to the fellow to Dr Jacono and even aftercare with the nurses. I am writing this review of Dr. Jacono because I wish I had read something I am about to write prior to my own surgery. Yes, he is expensive. Obviously I could have spent less and gone somewhere else. But being that I do have the means, and I could have gone to anyone anywhere in the world, why would I not go to the best? Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for, and that’s exactly what I got. I don’t look like I’ve had anything done, but the results are dramatic. People look at me, who don’t know that I went under the knife, and are trying to figure out what, if anything, I did do, and that’s exactly the result I was looking for. Natural, rested, years off my face without looking “pulled” and distorted. I didn’t want to look like I had work done, and I don’t. Yes, I did have friends who went to Dr. Jacono years before I did, so their testimonials helped, but I also did research on him along with a lot of other candidates I was considering. Have you ever seen the ear on the child he reconstructed? Or the cleft palates he has reconstructed on the children he has worked on out of the country? His aesthetic and artistry is what stands him apart. The work he does on your face far surpasses just nip, pull and tuck. I am at the 3-month mark following a deep plane face lift and neck lift with the incomparable Dr. Jacono. To say I am happy with the results would be an understatement – what Dr. Jacono achieved, along with the experience, far exceeded my expectations. I look refreshed, youthful, but most crucially, completely natural. I am 53 yrs old and was specifically bothered by my jowls and jawline - the droopiness and overall loss of definition. I’m in my early 60’s and had a deep plane facelift, lip lift and revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Jacono. My jawline was sagging and I was tired of living with a nose that always made me feel self conscious…even after all these years!
