The Office staff was helpful with everything from forms to finances. They were knowledgeable concerning everything needed to get things done from start to finish and answered all of my questions. Wait times were reasonable for each visit. Dr. Shapiro was both professional and skilled. He answered any questions that I had concerning my condition and upcoming surgery. The surgery itself went well and, although I am still within the recovery period, seems to have been a complete success. I would recommend Dr. Shapiro as a surgeon to anyone needing medical help from a skilled surgeon.

He took time examining me, explaining in detail the options available and with each option the healing and recovery times. My surgery went well and I was home later that day. I experienced only a few days of pain as he explained prior to my surgery.

Dr. Shapiro did a wonderful job with absolute minimum pain. I am cancer free so the outcome could not have been better

This “Surgeon” does carry one cent of Malpractice Insurance. He rents space from other doctors so he can see patients. His staff is beyond rude. The MD only cares of how much $$$ is in it for me! Simply pathetic. We don’t need surgeons like this in Palm Beach County,Fl. He probably had the VA pay for his MD. Go to another surgeon.

Dr dhapiro knows his stuff but he gets rude with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Appears to be compassionate but then gives reasons like "im busy" "im booked". Offers solutions then contradicts why he can not resolve issues in the hospital but only in his office or outpatient facility,most likely he is co owner of outpatient facility. Again politics and money are more important than patient care. Beware do not be fooled by the ONLY option is the location i chose.

Terrible...experience. He has no patience, was obviously having a very bad day. Came in with a attitude off the bat. He needs to change his business card "No problem to Small or Big For us to Handle". Doctors make an oath to help people. This guy was in a rush, rude and I would never go back because of his attitude.

By far the greatest doctor i've been to yet. Very friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. The entire office staff was amazing. Considering he is a surgeon and probably someone you don't want to be seeing, he made my experience pain-free. I would recommend him to anyone needing any type of general surgery.
