Have always been happy with the care I have received. Today was no exception. I have no reservation in recomening Dr Freehill.

She is so kind and friendly. I feel very comfortable with her, she is so knowledgeable and very caring, she never hesitates to listen to my concerns and questions and gives me the most suitable treatment! Would recommend her to everyone and I do. Everyone at the office is so professional and so very nice! OCSI is truly amazing!!

My 1st visit she didn’t even review the xrays that were taken with me and was in a hurry doing my evaluation for my shoulder pain. The 2nd visit she did review the MRI that was taken but was quick to review the 2 treatment options, didn’t ask if I had any questions and again was in a hurry. Very poor bedside manner and comes off rude and impersonal. Barely makes eye contact. I’m dumbfounded by all the other wonderful reviews. She’s nothing like what they describe. Very disappointed.

Dr. Freehill is personable, awesome bedside manner, makes the shots easy to take. I love her staff and would recommend her to anyone.

We had to wait over an hour past the appointment time. My time is as valuable as anyone else. What is the use of scheduling an appointment if it doesn't account for anything. Once we got to go back for appointment everyone was courteous and professional.
