We are so happy with there care and professional staff. Great bed side manners from all the providers, and help with all my billing questions. Would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Yadav has always been interested in what you feel and listens very carefully to all your concerns. He will then address all concerns to your understanding.

Finally a medical office in small town Jasper that actually cares enough to find out what was wrong with me! The entire staff was kind and caring from the moment I came in until I left there.

Went to them for years and the staff has become so rude we have decided to go somewhere else. The billing department has no experience. I have received other people's records. OSHA really needs to check this place out. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. They obviously don't care for their patients, just the money.

I was very impressed how Dr Yadav took his time and answered all the questions I had. I did not feel rushed at all as I have with other physicians I have used in the past. I highly recommend Dr Anil Yadav and his staff (I have been to both locations at Sixes Rd and Jasper). They are all professional, curtious, and very welcoming.

Used to be a good place to go but has really been going downhill. They will double bill you multiple times if you are not careful. The office staff is so rude, especially the front receptionist and the office manager. Does not care about patient care at all.

Run from this practice. Rudest, most money greedy place you will ever go. Does NOT care about patients at all. Multiple people warned me. I should have listened.

Save yourself some hassle and avoid this clinics extremely high fees. It didn't use to be this way, but now there fees have gotten so high and the want to charge $175 for a 5 min. visit just to review your lab work or even just to renew a prescription. They may be listed as a Health â??Care" provider. But my opinion is there now just a money machine

The doctors are decent but I really think he needs to reorganize his entire office. None of them are friendly and you will never get a call back when you call unless you leave MULTIPLE messages. I have received copies of my stuff multiple times that have patient's lab and medical records on the back. I sure hope my stuff isn't floating around in someone else's possession. I think he has had the same management of his offices for years. I think it's obvious that could be the problem. If you take someone who just doesn't care for the job and thinks they will have it forever, they are very lax in their training of the employees which really shows. They have so many people working there, there should never be that many issues. Things should get accomplished rather quickly. I think instead of worrying about remodeling the office, they need to remodel the office staff.

I walk in to meet a friendly receptionist that is always able to answer any questions followed by nurses that listen to my problems and a doctor that is there to help. I have no complaints and would recommend Dr. Yadav to anyone I meet. He provides excellent care and the ease of prescriptions and follow up appointments is great!

I was recently in to see Dr. Adav. His staff was so pleasant when i entered the practice. I was seen in a timely manner, and felt much concern and care for my well being. I would refer his practice to all my friends and family!

The good: scheduling an appointment is very easy, and the wait time is minimal. The bad: he does seem to try to push these alternative services (i.e. spa, weight loss, etc) quite hard. The ugly: if you have medical conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes, you have to USE EXTREME CAUTION with the medications that this guy prescribes. In my case, he pushed his canned weight loss program (basically Phentermine and Topirimate) on me. First, there was a company that tried to get this combination approved by the FDA for weight loss, and the FDA shot them down. Second, in my case, I have high blood pressure. I ended up in the ER because my blood pressure was spiking so high. When the ER doctor looked at my medications, I thought he was going to go through the roof. He said I should not - under ANY circumstances - be taking Phentermine with my history of high blood pressure. It could have given me a stroke or heart attack. Please use extreme caution with the medications this - or any - doctor prescribes to you. Know your medical history and the possible side effects. I hate to post something like this, but I felt it was necessary for the safety of others.

I have been a patient of his for years and the last few years I have noticed a change in the care I have recieved. First I was diagnosed incorrectly twice on the same matter. This last visit was the last for me. He diagnosed me and sent me home with very little explanation did not refer to a specialists. Which is needed in this case and when symptoms were still the same days later I could not get a call back. I called his office left message still nothing. I called again later and hung up on not once but twice.

I guess Ill be the first to review, we have used this group for 5 years Its hard to tell if they are an Internal Medical group,day spa, weight loss clinic, massage parlor or what. They push so many service you can not tell what their focus is. We have used them for a few years for minor issues, their communications are awful, they require follow up visits ( at a cost )only to refill perscriptions or give you lab results , only to say their are "No changes". since your last visit. Your pharmacy will call in for refills and you will wait for several days only to find the office never called them in. When you finally contact the Dr's office yourself to find out what the problem is you will be told you have to come in for a visit to get them refilled , then they will tell you everythings fine, Its only a money making machine to accomplish nothing, but it requires you to take the inititive to find out why the perscription wasnt refilled , and to take off work . I am currently changing Drs and would never recommend this group. They are more interested in selling you on additional proceedures , rather than responding to your current issue. I would recommend " STAY away"

Dr. Yadav and his staff are very professional and nice. I never have 1 single complaint when I come in. I like knowing that all my questions are answered before I leave from my visit. I refer all my family and friends to him.

I love knowing that I am able to come into the office and if test need to be ordered a lot of them can be done in the office. I don't have to go to the hospital for an Xray or Ultrasound. They do it right there for you and saves you so much time. Very well equipped office!!

I'm diabetic, and as such have to have a lot of tests done to stay on top of my health. I love the fact that with this office, I can get most of them done right there in the office. I don't think I've ever had to wait over 10 minutes. The receptionist is a little ditzy, but once you get past her everyone is very professional. They also do electronic prescribing, which is a real time saver.

I highly recommend anyone seeking a new provider to see Dr. Yadav. He was very nice, down to earth & smart. The staff at internal medicine was kind& tried to help in any way that they could. I felt very comfortable there.
