Although my surgery and results went well, getting an appointment and dealing with the rude front desk staff at this office has been a nightmare. Ive made appointments months in advance and have been asked to wait over an hour to be seen for a post-op appointment which is strictly rude and unacceptable. After bringing it to the front desks attention, I was told I was more than welcome to wait or reschedule because “The doctors busy and running behind”. Will not be going there for any reason anymore, RUN.

I had a consultation and the lady just talked about cost of packages . 2 weeks later I go to appt and they had new lower promotion at cheaper rate and the lady at desk said I wasn’t a new customer and wouldn’t goner it. Never been to this place. Went for consultation and they were charging me double ( $400) for Morpheus when they have promotion for $199. Very unprofessional. Lots of excuses so I walked out. Horrible experience and felt like they just wanted money .

If i could give 0 stars i would. Completely unprofessional. Straight LIES TO YOUR FACE. Had a 1:30 appointment and i called twice to let them know i was there waiting in the lot.AN HOUR LATER I CALL THEM and They proceed to say we tried to called you. NO YOU DID NOT I HAVE AIRPODS IN AND IT ANNOUNCES CALLS TO ME AND I HAD MY PHONE IN MY HAND THE WHOLE TIME. And even then YOU ONLY ATTEMPT TO CALL ONCE? my call log shows my outgoing calls to you and nothing incoming except from the day before of them HARRASSING TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY DID NOT HONOR. How can i trust a surgeon with my body if i cant even trust them to communicate honestly and effectively?

Gave poor review earlier for not keeping up the appointments, but when explained that due Covid-19 some appointments had to be cancelled, I have a better understanding. Otherwise Dr. Anish is an excellent doctor.

I like Dr.Nihalani he was very kind, very patient and reassuring and told me what i can possible expect from my surgery , the day of the surgery the staff and Dr.Nihalani were very comforting.

DR NIHALANI AND HIS STAFF BASICALLY SAVED MY LIFE!! I was 250pds with type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and sleep apnea! Being only 37 years old I felt my life was being cut short!! I chose to do the gastric sleeve surgery a month ago and it was the best decision in my life!!! Just 4 weeks out of surgery I am now 212pds, my blood sugar level hasn't been over 100 in the last month! I have a lot of energy and basically I feel like a new man! This office has changed my life. Dr. Nihalani, Sara Shama, and the staff have been my guide, mentors and strength on my journey. If you are thinking about having bariatric surgery you will find the best of the best right here in Dr. Nihalani's office. I am a different person today from when I first walked in this office. Dr Nihalani is a great doctor..I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a gastric surgery. He is great.

Everything with my procedure went very smoothly and precisely. Dr. Nihalani gave me great information, told me exactly what would be happening to me and made sure I understood everything. He is extremely intelligent, professional and nice. I had a great experience and would recommend Dr. Nihalani to anyone.

Dr. Nihalani demonstrates superb skills and is very personable. He made me feel very comfortable at each appointment, before and after surgery. He displays excellent communication skills aside from medical expertise and professionalism by speaking to me in a manner which I can understand. I went from a 20 W to a regular size 14 after my Lap Band Surgery. This is great, and I have never felt better! I would definitely recommend this doctor. Dr.Nihalani is compassionate, and he actually listens to patients. I have been off my diabetes medication since my surgery, which is actually the best part, the surgery actually worked! My sugar has been like 79, which is great!

Dr. Anish Nihalani is a highly-qualified, caring doctor. He never seems in a hurry . If you have a questions he answers them all , he makes time for you in his schedule. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good, compassionate doctor. The office staff is also very good.

I had my lap band procedure at another practice and had to leave because my insurance changed and I had no out of network benefits! This was very difficult for me because I felt like I was leaving a lifeline. I went to Dr. Nihalani and instantly found him and his staff to be caring and warm. He listened to me, valued my opinion and took time to educate me on making the very best of this tool. Unfortunately, I developed a leak (of recent vintage) and the worst part about it was that my insurance company decided that fixing wasn't medically necessary and even went on to state in their letter that I wasn't a candidate to begin with(lost over 100lbs had other comorbidities)! I know that his office staff fought tooth and nail for me and this is quite time consuming. I was beginning to resign myself to the idea that fixing it just wasn't in the cards and I didn't have this kind of out of pocket money. Then the next week I'd received a call telling me I'd been approved!! What warriors!!! I can't thank the Doctor and his staff enough! I feel safe and comfortable with Dr. Nihalani and look forward to restoring this great tool. Let the journey begin, again. Thank you all!!
