The entire staff are prompt, friendly and professional. The treated me with dignity and respect and were quick to answer any of my questions and offered me assistance when I needed it. The doctor was very polite and professional and made the procedure quick and as painless as possible. He even demonstrated compassion for my condition by being sensitive to the pain I was experiencing and offering optimistic outcome for the procedures to help me. I'm very glad I chose your location and will definitely recommend you to others.

Dr. Patel is an excellent physician. He listens to me and discusses options with me but doesn?t get upset if I am afraid to try them because I have chronic osteomyelitis in my right femur. He?s patient and knows what is going on with me before he enters the room. I don?t have to keep repeating myself to five different people. I love this practice. True professionals work there.

I have been very satisfied with my treatment from Dr. Patel. Very Professional but, has a sense of humor and that helps when you are laying there getting shots being put in your back.. He and his assistant are very easy to talk with. They talke the time to answer any question no matter how trivial.. I have been going there for at leas one year and very gradually getting some headway.

Dr. Patel is wonderful! Very professional and takes the time to answer all patient questions. I never felt he was in a rush to see his next patient. Highly recommend! The front desk receptionist, doctors assistant and nurse were all wonderful, caring individuals. Would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr Patel is very good and doesn't waste your time which as a healthcare provider myself I really appreciate Kim in the preop area is a treasure !!!!! She makes you feel that everything is going to be great every time

I sincerely appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of all the staffs I have interacted with at this practice in this location. It truly makes a difference for the patient to have positive interactions with staff, nurses, and doctors. I have had my share of terrible and unprofessional experiences at other practices (not just spine related) and this office is by far the BEST practice I have ever visited. The doctor took the time to listen to my pain, explained different treatments, both of us decided what was right for me, and he went to work, all on my first visit with him.
