I’ve had an appointment here every week for 4 weeks. For some reason they won’t do all tests in one day even if it’s quick and simple. You will be here for AT LEAST 2 hours every visit. She’s not overly friendly and the staff isn’t either. The only good thing is you don’t have to wait months for an appointment. Go elsewhere if you can.

This is absolutely absurd. I try to give everyone a fair chance because stuff happens! BUT EVERY TIME I COME HERE IT IS OVER A 2 HOUR WAIT WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Appointment at 9 and she still is not at the office at 10:30. The staff doesn’t let you know anything no updates NOTHING.

Terrible staff. No one answers the phone. The Dr. Is usually late and doesn’t explain results. I recently had an appointment at 1:00 and wasn’t let into the office until 12:57. I had to call more than 20 times to schedule an appointment.

She does not explain what the test results say and will not listen when you tell her what is wrong. Is has a chip on her shoulder and is condescending. Please look for another neurologist.

If she is that bad no way will look for another doctor

Very thorough. I have total hearing loss and she explained everything and re-explained when needed. I have MS and she's trying to figure out why I continue my symptoms with no MS meds.

I have read the other reviews and now that I have experienced what they have to say I agree with every thing said.

this office staff truly cares about there patients!

First appointment , waited two hours to go into the room and waited another hour to see her and got told to do about 10 testing for different excuses. Testing appointments it took about 2-3 hours each time, had 4 different appointments. Staff do not really care for us, the patients. The doctor will make you wait, will talk on her cellphone, and do not let you speak. It is difficult to understand the doctor. Originally I came in for numbness in a leg and I got tested for seizures, dizziness, neuropathy, etc... @ my fifth appointment I finally got a diagnose, I was diagnose with seizures and is not clear why I have numbness . She is a real joke , do not waist the time or money to see her.

had to wait almost 2 hours. then when she did come in she asked several question, and told me: I want you to go to the emergency room, now! And any hospital you want to go too. I was flabbergasted. Told me not to give her name as my Dr. and she could not help me. hoping she does not bill my insurance company.

Don't waste your time going here. They don't care about really trying to help people.

My original visit was me going in for multiple things wrong. I thought I could possibly have fibromyalgia. Next thing I know im being tested multiple different days multiple different tests. I get my MRI and they find a cyst and she states it has nothing to do with my symptoms. She cant explain why I have seizures when ive never had them before, and doeant want to do anything for the back pain and leg pain I have until she runs more tests. Ive been waiting for help for over two months now and nothing. I feel like I jave hit the biggest money pit ever. Thankfully I have met a great support group which has led me to one of the top nuero surgeons which believes all of my symptoms are related to my brain tumor. Dont waste your time or money on this dr. It is worth a longer drive to see a dr who wants to help you. And just as before with another review I recieved over a thousand dollars worth of bills for drug testing I was never told I was having which my insurance states non covered due to not being a medical necessity. When it comes to this dr turn the other way and run as fast as possible in the other direction. She is a money pit who is in no hurry to help your condition.

The office is not polite in any way. Half the time you cant get in. The equipment breaks down and you have to return it. They lose files then want you to retake tests due to the fact they lost them. they schedule to many people at the same time and your wait is over an hour sometimes. They are nothing but a headache and would not refer anyone's dog to her to be checked. STAY AWAY !!!!! She has a very bad reputation in Livingston.

I guess what I am trying to say is to me doing 3 tests in one office visit would be best. But when you can get $40.00 copay each time plus money for reading your own test you be the judge.
