Dr. Annmarie Marie Bonetti, MD

Terrible. I had the unfortunate experience of encountering this individual on a Saturday morning in urgent care. I'm a registered nurse. I do not go to the doctor unless I have exhausted all of my resources to care for myself. I am able to report my history and symptoms very well. I was barely examined, made to feel like I was an inconvenience, my health complaint was disregarded, and then I was told to go buy over the counter Advil cold and flu and drink fluids or I'd end up in the hospital. No kidding. Pretty sure I have been taking over the counter meds and doing everything within my nursing knowledge without success for a month off and on for an illness that seemed to go away but returned three times and now here I am. A week after seeing this individual, I am heading to my regular doctor for the bronchitis and sinus infection I now have. Next time I will skip the urgent care and suffer until my regular doctor has availability. I knew I was in for it when I heard her prescribe yogurt to the person in the next room and then to the people on the other side of me she said "I don't know what you want me to do". Three patients in 20 minutes equals $675 and no one received care but did receive plenty of attitude. Her family must be writing the positive reviews. I NEVER write reviews. This individual upset me so much that I couldn't wait to start typing

Husband walks in with a spot on his skin and she pops off with “What’s wrong?” He tells her, and she goes “It’s cancer”. No biopsy or anything. No comforting words. Just take antibiotic cream and if it doesn’t go away see dermatology. ????

As a fellow medical professional I'm embarrassed to be associated with such a condescending, uncaring and unprofessional individual. In today's world we need empathy, listening and caring more than ever before. She should not be working with people.

My daughter had a fever of 102.2, 2 hours after I gave her motrin and tylenol, a headache, cough (wheezing,she has asthma, runny nose and body aches). Our pediatricians office closed early for Thanksgiving. So I took her to express care, as an RN I try to avoid Dr visits and definitely do not run to the ER for anything but true emergencies.This Dr did nothing but listen to my daughters lungs, told me I had OCD and sent us on our way.

I've been to Prima in Columbiana on several occasions and usually had very good care. I'm a nurse so I try to only go when I'm very sick, this was my first time with Dr. Bonetti and I can't say I'm a fan. She has a poor bedside manner and seemed like she was in a hurry. I understand doctor's are busy but I felt like she didn't really care about my issue.

Dr. Bonetti is truly a wonderful doctor. She is very professional, intelligent, and caring. I recently was going through severe depression/insomnia and she helped me get better. I can’t thank her enough.

Was forced to see this Doctor twice. My regular doctor is also in the big Prima practice. Their policy seems to be to tell you your doctor is booked weeks out & instead use the walk in "urgent care". This is how I encountered this doctor 2 times. Once for a wax build up in my ear. She's extremely rude & quite obviously on a time clock. She ended up packing this wax in so tight I could scarcely hear at all. I ended up going to a specialist to get it out who was dismayed at what she'd done, & said nearly everything she'd told me was wrong. 2nd time was a more serious condition & she was just as hurried & equally unpleasant. She obviously cam't stand to touch a patient, which is just as well. I got a referral & left as quick as I could.

My first appointment with Dr. Bonetti. Went over my health history/concerns. She seemed honestly interested in my history. I found her to be a/an professional, intelligent and like able person. Received follow up call and have next appointment set.

Dr. Bonetti was one of the most impolite doctors I have ever experienced. She seemed totally annoyed that she had to work on a Saturday. She was very abrupt and seemed less than interested in asking relevant questions. She was in a hurry! Her bedside manner is nonexistent!

The main quality that makes Dr. Bonetti a bad doctor is that she has terrible bedside manner. I never saw her very often, but when I did she was often rude and acted like I was wasting her time. I went in to get a pregnancy confirmed a couple of years ago and she asked me if I "wanted to be pregnant." Another time I was in for an illness she actually said "what do you want now?" I understand doctor's are busy, but they shouldn't make you feel like you're wasting their time. They should have some amount of compassion. They should make a patient feel comfortable with them so that they feel comfortable confiding in them. There are times a patient can feel vulnerable which requires good bedside manner. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone unless it was an emergency situation and they had to see anyone. I've heard many others being treated the same. Ultimately, they found other doctors.

I will never see this doctor again. I have never had a bad experience with a doctor until meeting Dr. Bonetti. She is unprofessional in both her manner and attire. She took no time addressing my concerns for an accurate diagnosis. She is arrogant and condescending. She should be ashamed of herself for the level of care, compassion, and attention she most certainly lacked. If you are looking specifically for a D.O. known for their whole body/patient care and attentiveness, keep looking.

Will never see her again. .

Not compassionate, not caring, acts like she's better than you. Have never seen her smile, acts like she hates her job. Questioned her own colleagues medical knowledge. Not cool at all. Had to seek additional care for my child because she barely examined her and just didn't care. No follow up either. Will not be back.

I have only seen this Dr about 4 times. Two of those times she misdiagnosed my children. The first time she said my daughter had 5th disease and to take her home. It turned out she was having an allergic reaction to something. Her face wa swollen but she wouldnt listen to me when I tried to explain that to her. Luckily I had medicine from her last reaction and that took the swelling and rash right away from my dd. I also tried to explain she had olready had 5th disease so she should not have gotten it again but because she had a runny nose (allergies) and a rash that was how she diagnosed her. Mind you no rash anywhere but on her face.Then Monday this week she read an xray cleared my son to return to football practice with no restrictions. No mention of a possible fracture. Wed at 5 pm I receive a message stating my son has a fracture in his hand. They want to see him first thing the next morning to splint it. REALLY? You cleared him to go to HS football practice. I just hope there isnt more damage now since he lifted and went to practice.

I have have been to many doctors and have had many problems. Dr Bonetti is among one of the best. She is extremely compassionate,caring and really takes the time to listen and treat. I also give kudos to the rest of her staff for the same.
