Dr. Anne Kathleen Toohey, MD

Dr Toohey is the most competent and caring doctor I have ever had. She cares about my whole body health, not just my rheumatology. Have been her patient for over 20 years and I will surely miss her when she retires. I recommend her highly.

My Hero

I've been seeing Dr Anne Toohey for almost three years and is one of the most understanding, compassionate Dr's that I've ever seen. She is one of the few that displays active listening skills and asks appropriate questions. In my most recent visit, 2 weeks ago, she printed out a previous MRI's, reviewed them and even highlighted a copy for me to keep.

Dr. Toohey is a great doctor. She really listens to me. She is very caring and knowledgeable and has helped me manage my rheumatology issues for going on 5 years. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a rheumatologist. She's the best!!

Having worked for years in healthcare, my recent visits with this provider marked a new low for provider competence. This provider was (is) either lacking in knowledge, personality, or work ethic. This provider drew her "conclusions" without a review of the relevant facts. She refused to even look at relevant MRI data and reported findings and even admitted she had little experience in evaluating the specific xrays she did review. Will never return, this provider should decide if she wants to really work or not but certainly put in minimal to no effort on my behalf.

I think the world or Dr. Toohey. Wish she had been there for the start of my illness.
