Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy, MD

I was referred to Dr Perez-Delboy by my OB/GYN because I previously had a pre-term labor at 24 weeks because I have a short cervix. At my first appointment she took her time to go over my case and came up with a plan and I got a cerclage at 16 weeks which was a success and I went to 38 weeks before I gave birth. I recommend Dr Perez Delboy to anyone needing a high risk OB/GYN she gave me hope to finally have my baby.

Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy is such a wonder Dr. she helped me bring my blessing into this world after 3 miscarriages I tried everything. I came to this hospital started off at 51st street and ended up with her as a Dr. She placed my abdomen cerclage with her magic hands it went absolutely great no pain no gain. And here i am she is going to deliver my bundle of joy. Ladies if your high risk looking for a Dr. she is the one to go to do not hesitate. And if you know you need a cerclage placed do not wait until last minute reach out to her as soon as you find out your pregnant so things can get rolling the earlier the better.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez Delboy during my pregnancy. She has been very thorough addressing my health concerns, and very empathetic with me. she is very knowledgeable, I am in good care with her.

I am a high risk patient and Dr. Perez-Delboy has been amazing this whole pregnancy. I have had a cerclage by her and when it even budge a little she added a pessary. I am convinced my baby owes it's life to that little pessary and to my amazing doctor!!! She was cautious and very knowledgeable. I was blessed!!!

Dr. Anette is excellent. She is matter-of-fact about her approach to AMA patients. She answered all my questions, made sure I understood my options and gave me a very good plan for what was to come. I strongly recommend her.

Horrible, awful doctor. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. When I came to see her bleeding and with cramps, she yelled at me and called me a "paranoid first time mother" and told me everything was alright. When I asked her why I was bleeding and why I had cramps, she said "it's gas." 12 hours later, I delivered my fetus in the toilet. Had Perez-Delboy bothered to check my blood work and give me a proper examination, she would have known that I was miscarrying. She attempted to apologize because I'm sure she was scared of a lawsuit. STAY AWAY FROM HER.

Dr. Perez-Delboy I am extremely thankful for her care during this and my prior pregnancy. Thanks to Her knowledge, professionalism and care today I am a happy mother of two adorable children, a girl named Tahari Aylee and a boy by the name of Reyiner Adryl. God bless you and I will always be grateful for your care and support during both of my high risk and difficult pregnancies. You made it possible with your team of professionals. My wife and I had some complications with our twins recently and Dr. Perez-Delboy was the physician on duty that day at Columbia-Pres. She was great, from communicatiing to us what was going on, to controling the operating room when it came time for an emergency c-section. We were lucky to have Dr. Perez-Delboy there to help us through a difficult time. She was awesome.

Dr. Perez-Delboy delivered my premature son after I was admitted emergently. She was wonderful!!!! I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate doctor. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Annette Perez Delboy is the worst doctor I have ever met. I did not have any problems booking appointment; it was so easy and fast. This doctor is overrated on this site and arrogant. The staff is just as arrogant and boorish as the doctor. I went to two appointments with this doctor, never felt comfortable with her. This woman did not diagnosis my premature cervical dilation at 15 weeks only two days after my third visit with her. Two days after my visit, I was at work and I told my supervisor of the weird sensation strain that I was having since my last OB visit with Dr. Perez Delboy. I called the Dr. Perez Delboy and told her of this strange sensation, she told me to sit and put my feet up and to call her if the pain got worst, then she told me she was busy. My supervisor (who is a grandmother of 5) would not stand for me sitting with my feet up with this strange sensation two days after my exam, so she took me to the emergency room close to my job, Jacobi Medical Center. The emergency room doctor at Jacobi diagnosed my soft cervix and put me on bed rest. The entire Fetal Maternal / OB-GYN staff at Jacobi is much better than the staff that I met Dr. Perez Delboys office. I was put on strict bed rest for a nerve wrecking 22 weeks, and delivered a healthy 6lb 9oz baby boy at 37 weeks. I thank God that my supervisor took me to the Jacobi Medical Center. I truly believe that the doctors at Jacobi saved my sons life, I truly believe that Dr. Annette Perez Delboy is horrible and if I had just sat down with my feet up my sons would have not survived. If you want WONDERFUL prenatal care go to any Fetal Maternal doctor at Jacobi Medical Center.

I decided to write on Behalf of Dr. Perez-Delboy because she was the only one that was able to put an abdominal cerclage with the robot. I got pregnant and she was always supportive and was there truough out a great pregnancy. She knows her stuff.

I had lost about 8 pregnancies and was losing hope quickly. They talked to me about Dr. Perez-Delboy and her qualifications. She was professional strait forward and to the point. I got an abdominal cerclage and after all the losses I finally got a beautiful baby girl. Highly recommended!

I'll be honest, after reading some of the reviews of Dr. Perez, I was a bit nervous. However, I am so happy I decided to make an appointment with her. She is extremely knowledgeable. I had to get a cerclage and so far (nine weeks later), it is still holding. She is very straight forward and takes the time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Perez-Delboy experimented on me when I was pregnant when I specifically asked her not to use me as her case study. She lied to me and said that if I let her operate on me, she could save my baby's life. She promised me this and said the other doctor's were her subordinates and didn't know anything.Long story short, she operated on me, was given the wrong medication that belonged to another patient and then my daughter was born dead because she was negligent, deceitful, dishonest, misleading and most importantly, she didn't take my baby's life into consideration, she just wanted to experiment.

She is an unprofessional doctor who let my granddaughter die because her mother lost her private insure due to the high risk pregnancy and could not work, Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy kicked my high risk daughter from her office on the day she lost her insurance, becuase Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy makes $300. per hour and she forgot that she is a doctor is suppose to have some type of compassion. Most importantly Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy gave my dauther a cerclage which needed follow-up, because my daughter was late in her pregnancy getting that operation, Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy would not follow her for infection and basically in my grandmotherly opinion let the baby die. Dr. Annette Perez-Delboy is heartless, she refused to discuss the autopsy and has lied about this fact. I think she should have her medical license taken away from her. She is to me a criminal posing as a doctor.
