I have trusted Dr. Mack with my health, my family's health and also the health of patients I refer to her from my Physical Therapy practice. She is very personable and listens. She takes a holistic approach in treatment, looking at problems to their source, not just throwing remedies to cover up symptoms. She has a great resource base and knows just when and where to refer you to the right person, if needed. It's not easy to find someone like Dr. Mack

Arrogant, self important, rude, abrupt, condescending, bully. Interest in individual patient minus 0. Total non listener. Referred me to a clinic that doesn't even treat my condition. Patient oriented care - what a joke.

Annie is accusing and tells you that if you are in pain that is simply a product of being too active and that is very unfortunate. I thought getting out of pain and into a active healthy lifestyle is the point of going to a health care provider. She was accusatory and acted as if I was making up the pain I have in my leg. I would advise everyone who has chronic pain to avoid this doctor.
