This was my first visit to a spine specialist, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Everything was explained to me and discussed with me. Dr. Berg is so personable and kind, and I felt he listened to my concerns and understood my issues very well. I was very much involved in the decision as to how to proceed. Great office staff, great support staff, great nurse, and great doctor!!! I couldn't be happier!!!

From my initial appointment with Dr Platon to my spine injection with Dr Berg, I have never experienced a more professional and efficient team of medical professionals. The entire process didn't waste a minute of my time and I was kept informed every step of the way. From walking in the door, getting the spine injection, and walking out to my car was under 45 minutes. I don't think I have ever been in and out of any medical facility that quick. It wasn't just the efficiency, every Doctor, Nurse, and admin knew their job well and made the whole experience as easy as it could possibly be.

Dr. Berg is AMAZING! He listens thoroughly and treats accordingly!

Dr. Berg is friendly, compassionate and humorous. Takes the time to thoroughly explain the problem and treatment alternatives. If you ask for his guidance he will recommend the most conservative choice that is effective.

Its only beven a few days since my epidural and starting to feel the effects. The nurses really cared about how I felt even started a new iv when the one in my hand was uncomfortable. And dr berg was right on time and very efficient. Highly recommend them

My insurance, BCBS federal employee program went out of their way to call this provider before my appointment to make sure everything was in order and I wouldn’t have any problems getting the medication I need. I am sick and tired of being treated as a drug seeker and who knows better than my own insurance that I am not a drug seeker? Well, I left doctor Bergs office today without the medication I need so I will be experiencing some serious withdrawals starting tomorrow. I waited a week and reduced my medication in order to make it an entire week for this appointment. Now I’m left trying to pick up the pieces. He shouldn’t be a preferred provider for bcbs any longer and if I have anything to say about it he will he dropped off the list. I am filing a formal complaint. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. One more thing, Dr. Berg was sure to mention my appointment with Dr. Kabule six months ago when I walked out of his appointment because he failed to recognize my mid back pain and told me that it was “nothing.” So I walked out and told him I wouldn’t let him operate on my neck or low back since he failed to recognize my mid back as an issue. Why would Dr. Berg bring this up? Furthermore, Dr Berg pulled the same stunt that Dr Kibuule did by not even reading the medical records I brought with me and in doing so not only contradicted himself but contradicted my previous neurologist and her notes I was so kind to provide him with.

Dr. Berg went beyond our expectations to help our grandson. He is the example of what all doctors should be. He truly cares. Thank you Dr. Berg.
