Dr. Anthony Michael Vaca, MD

Dr. Vaca can dish it out to the best or worse of them and I am one of the worse. A true leader in the office or at the bedside, he will help you no matter how bad you are or psychotic. I will always remember his intelligence and wisdom. Dr. Vaca is a true professional and leader in the field of psychiatry and neurology. I will always remember him helping me at my worse. Love you. I have Narcolepsy...for years I went to many different Doctors trying to find one that actually understood what Narcolepsy was and knew how to treat it. I still remember my first visit with Dr. Vaca over 20 years ago....When I left his office I felt like all of my burdens and worries were now off my shoulders and onto his! I don't know what I would ever do without him! He is so very very knowledgable about Narcolepsy...He is so easy to talk to and he explains things very well. Absolutely the BEST Dr. ever!!

I really did not like this psychiatrist. I found him to be arrogant and pompous with an ego a mile high. He offered me little to no help and labeled me as psychotic without looking into why I even got there. I plan on never having him as a psychiatrist again.

Dr. Vaca was so patient and caring with me. He recently switched practices, and moved to another state, so I no longer see him. I really grew to trust him and I miss my appointments with him.
